Thank you Peter & Sue for a warm and informative welcome and for all your help,& advice during our stay in your lovely studio.
The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything going on but like a peaceful oasis we could escape back to each night.
We will definitiely come again but won't bother to hire a car next time as we really didn't need it.
PS The glasses arrived back safely, thanks so much for posting them back to me.

Have just returned from a five night stay in this wonderful apartment. It is ideally situated giving easy access to the beach and all the fabulous restaurants. The balcony was ideal for a relaxing breakfast and a glass of wine before venturing out for something to eat in the evening. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could possibly need - and more. Many thanks to Peter and Sue for their warm welcome and advice, and also their help with our little hiccup on our departure! I am sure we will return in the not too distant future.

Many thanks for a warm and informative welcome. This was a prelude to an excellent holiday - the apartment is very well equipped and perfectly located - a short walk leads to the Promenade d'Anglais, shops, restaurants, railway station etc. but still so quiet and peaceful. The superb weather enabled us to use the terrace for all our meals and relaxation whilst enjoying the garden location.
Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning.

Thank you for your warm welcome and advice on our recent stay in Nice. Thoroughly recommend the apartment based on its superb location, fit-out and amenities. Everything is a short walk away - the beach is across the road, the main shops are five minutes down the street and the local neighbourhood is full of lovely food stores and cafes.

We have rented many apartments in many cities and this is at the top of the list - definitely a home away from home.

very clean and comfortable, super balcony -private and sunny. Very handy for everywhere yet in a quiet location just behind the prom. Hope to return!

My husband and I stayed five nights in this delightful studio..
Met by our cordial and helpful hosts who were a great source of information for Nice's sights.
The studio was comfortable , and always offered a quiet interlude to our hectic sightseeing filled days...all amenities were top quality ; we didn't use the well equipped kitchen but did delight in the availability of the washer and drying racks
The many books & DVDs provided a relaxing way to end our day.
The proximity to the Promenade d'Anglais couldn't be better..we always felt safe; night or day.
