Reviews of Property: Luxury seafront apartment with superb views

A really nice apartment, clean comfortable and spacious. Great views to wake up to over the bay and to watch the sunset in the evening. Medulin is a lively small town ideal for families and the apartment is at the end of a quiet little road with no noise at anytime of day or night. Without doubt, overall the best overseas holiday rental we have stayed in.

We stayed 2nd and 3rd weeks in August. Pula, Rovinja can get quite busy and if driving ,get out early to avoid the rush. Travelling inland and explore the small hilltowns and see the countryside is much quieter and worth doing as a contrast to the resorts. Really nice ,relatively quiet rocky coves on the Kamenjak peninsular are worth driving to( 20 mins). Clear waters and you can swim with the fish - take your mask and snorkel.
Would recommend a car to get about to see more of the area and a really nice base to return to in the evening.

i'd just like to say we were made up with the apartment it had everything u needed it was beautiful and spotless ....... the location was great and views were stunning

The apartment was really big, nice, comfortable, with all kinds of facilities ( Only needs a microwave and perhaps a dish-washer to be the PERFECT place). It was clean, althought we found a couple of spots that had been missed in one room. The owners are really nice and helpful and the housekeeper too.

On the other hand, Medulin is ok for families with kids as it has one of the few sandy beaches (grey sand) you can find in Croatia and there is a wide choice of italian, mexican, german and local cuisine restaurants as well as shopping facilities. It's a covenient location for visiting Pula's Roman ensemble. We explored interior Istria from Medulin too, as the region is quite small. Don't miss the frescoes in the renaissance church of Saint Mary in Beram ( you have to ask for the keys in the nearby hamlet) and try to pay a visit to Groznjan and Motovun , where trying a truffle-based menu is a MUST.
