What a lovely stay!

This Chelsea studio was perfect for our 10 days in London. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and although small, it was plenty of room for the two of us. Jackie was quick to answer any of the questions or concerns we had about the apartment before flying to London - she was very helpful. For the property and the location, you can't beat the value. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to London. Thanks, Jackie!

1st Rate Little Flat

Review Submitted: October 21, 2009 Date of Stay: October 2009
It was very reassuring to be met by Natalia at the Reception of Chelsea Cloisters. Very clean and tidy, very well equiped and comfortable. Wonderful view from flat window over the London roof tops. The location is excellent. 5min walk to South Kensington Tube and 10min to Sloane Square Tube. Three different buses, No 11, No 19 and No 22 available from Kings Road, 5min walk away, all going to the main West End destinations. An Oyster card is a must. Supermarket right next door (Sainsbury's). Endless restaurants and pubs all within easy walk. Still so much to see and do, we'll definately be booking again.

Chelsea Apartment

Review Submitted: July 18, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
We just spent a week in London. It's a wonderful city, full of noise and action. This little apartment was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. It's bright and sunny and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We get really tired of restaurant food when we travel, so it was great having the grocery store just down the street and the well-equipped kitchen.

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely flat and were very pleased with everything. The description and the photos are 100% accurate. It is true that the flat is quite small, especially when the pull-down bed is in place (you cannot walk around it), but to those who have been to London before this should not come as a surprise. We have stayed in several budget hotels before and are used to tiny, stuffy rooms and lousy service, so we really appreciated having this cosy, bright and well-equipped flat all to ourselves. We especially liked the gorgeous views and the fact that the bedroom had a fresh, airy feel to it - your clothes and suitcases do not smell stuffy at all (as they usually do after a short stay at a London budget hotel). All facilities are modern and very well maintained. Even though it is small, the flat offers every comfort you need, even a washing machine and a bath tub you can soak in after a long exhausting march through the city. We would like to point out that we did not find it too hot inside as some people mentioned - admittedly, the flat tends to get warm after a sunny day, but then you can easily open the windows and let in fresh air as soon as you come home. Traffic noise is no problem, the street is not very busy. A small supermarket (open till 11 p.m.) is just around the corner which we found very handy. Kings Road is a great place to shop where you find all the usual Highstreet stores like Boots or M&S, but also some small and more intimate boutiques and cafes. Although South Kensington and Sloane Square tube station are conveniently close by, you should also take your time to explore the closer surroundings: Visit Brompton Oratory, walk to the Natural History Museum and the V&A and go and see Chelsea Physic Gardens - it's really worth a visit! We would definitely book this flat again for our next visit to London. Thanks Jackie & Natalya for your help and professionalism - booking went smoothly, all our questions were answered in no time. The deposit had been returned even before we returned home!
One tiny critical remark at the end: We felt that the mattress may need to be exchanged as we could feel the springs poking through which felt a little uncomfortable after some days.

I will definitely stay here again

I stayed at this apartment for 8 nights when visiting London in May -- simply put, this was a very pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable; the studio is in the centre of Chelsea but offers a quiet oasis because it faces a side street so you hardly hear any traffic. Right outside the building there is an video rental store where you can access the internet and also a grocery store. The unit itself is small, but it has everything you need and more, even a washer/dryer, and a tub for soaking your tired feet in at the end of the day! There is also an electric hot water heater for making tea/coffee. The bed is very, very comfortable. The owner Jackie has been nothing but responsive to all my emails, and her housekeeper Natalya was very punctual when I checked in. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone visiting London.

A wonderful place...

The flat is bright, friendly and very clean. Although it is small, there is all you need for a comfortably stay. The bed is practically und comfortably. There is also a washing machine with a dryer, so you must not take a lot of clothes with you (Better buy them new in London!).
We enjoyed to sit on the table an watch the sun goes down over London with a glass of wine.
The tube station south Kensington is only 5 minutes far away by feet, Harrods 10 minutes and the Buckingham Palace 20 Minutes. Kings Road (a fantastic shopping mile) is near and the supermarket (with a very good assortment) only three houses away.
The location is perfect to visit all London’s attractions.
Natalya, our housekeeper was very heartily and Jackie answered to all our questions very tolerating and friendly. Thanks a lot Jackie, we will come back, I hope soon!
Greetings from Germany

Perfect Location

Happy Custmer Greece
Review Submitted: March 17, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009
The pretty, very quiet, studio was everything I could have wished for. It's location is perfect, situated between Brompton Cross and the King's Road and within easy walking distance of the V&A and Natural History Museums. Transport locally is very good. It's small but equipped with everything you are likely to need (and don't get in a hotel). Jackie, the owner, responded to all queries instantly, pleasantly, and provided a very complete set of instructions. The deposit was repaid very promptly. I had a great stay, would certainly book again, and recommend to friends.

This is a great studio flat, easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the best tube line for sight seeing. The studio is small when the bed is down but perfectly adequate for sleeping - very comfortable, great bathroom, kitchen and it was great to have a washing/dryer machine to do the laundry. excellant pub, mini mart and other amenities near by (less than 5 min walk). Cant wait to use the flat in the future.

Stylish little studio

Lovely stylish little studio flat, clean and well-equipped. Very small when the bed is in place, but adequate for our purposes, and good value for London. Owner easy to negotiate with. Interesting area near the Kings Road with internet cafe and good supermarket very close. Tube stations just a little too far for us, and you would need to be very young and fit to walk to Buckingham Palace as advertised.
