Reviews of Property: Stunning 2 bed 2 bath apartment in riverside development CHELSEA/FULHAM zone1/2

Other reviewers have said it all really - it is a great apartment in an excellent location that provides a refuge from the hussle and bustle busy central London when you need a break. We were there with two daughters aged 10 & 13 and there was plenty of room, even after a few days of shopping! I would certainly recommend using Martin who is quite a character and very helpful. Imperial Wharf overground station is now open so buy a day travelcard and you can take the train to West Brompton tube station for the District Line or use the card to travel on any bus - the C5 takes you up to Kings Road and you can get a 22 from there into town.

My family (husband and 2 teenagers) and I, really enjoyed our stay in this absolutely beautiful apartment!!!
The apartment is better than described, modern, fully equipped, comfortable, luxury, well-maintained, quiet and very well located.

Public transport into Central London is frequent and the Imperial Wharf Station is open.

This was an absolutely beautiful apartment that met all our needs and expectations. The apartment is exactly as described and there are no hidden surprises. Communication with Richard was excellent and he was very helpful and understanding to our needs. We were met at the entrance to the complex and shown around the apartment and given full instructions on how everything worked. The décor of the apartment is both relaxing and fresh. Having two separate baths rooms was wonderful. My daughter loved the large TV and SKY channels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple snacks to full course meals. The washing machine was wonderful to have to clean favourite clothes. The value and privacy offered by this apartment superseded any hotel to meet our family requirements and financially better value for money. There was great security into to the complex and apartment. The apartment is very quiet and the staff at the Management Office at the front of complex were very helpful. We had a car for one day and Richard made all the arrangement for secure 24 hour parking. The apartment is located within 50 metes from the Thames where you can go for walks. M&S are no longer on the complex but Sainsbury supermarket is a 5minute walk along the Thames embankment or two short bus rides away. The Imperial Wharf tube station, less than fifty metres from the apartment, opened two days before we arrived and made travelling into the city quick and easy. At the end of a day in the city this apartment was a great escape. At our request Richard even organised a taxi to take us to the airport….the taxi driver is called Martin, he is fabulous and so if you need to use a taxi don’t miss booking him. Would me book an apartment with Richard and stay there again. Definitely!!!!

We really enjoyed our time in London. The apartment was clean, attractive and well located. We liked the Waterside bar which has great food and you can watch the passing traffic on the Thames and the helicopter landing pad across the way. The supermarket is only a 10 min. walk for supplies. The tube at Fulham Broadway is about 15 mins walk away, but there is a new station scheduled to open by the end of the year, that will be even more convenient.

we were a party of 4 ladies vacation in London from Ft Lauderdale, FL. This apartment is absolutely the best place I have ever rented. The apt. is immaculate. It is all modern, wood floors lovely patio, kitchen is well equipped should you want to cook but the waterfront restaurant has excellent food. This apt is in a very secure and safe area, we were never concerned coming home late. There is a grocery store walking down the Thames which was very convient or you can pick up a few items at the tube station on your way home as there is a grocery store there as well. Bus stop to take to the tube is right across the street from the apt and runs about every 10 min. Extremely convient. I highly recommend this apt to anyone, as it has everything you need.

My husband and I based ourselves here to attend our daughters wedding in London. We wanted to be near to friends but not too near. We also needed peace and quiet and this flat was just perfect. A sister joined us from Vancouver and my 91 year old mother came for a couple of days.

The facilities for all ages were tremendous. It was so easy to cook in the fully fitted kitchen yet, as mentioned in other reviews, the on site restaurants are fantastic. The waterside pub was often visited. Public transport into Central London is frequent including returning late in the evening after the theatre etc.

Wedding guests from across the world called in and they loved the ambiance of the whole development.

Our stay in London was very enjoyable. There is much to do in London and the surrounding areas. This was our second time to vacation here, and I can truly say it was much better this time because of the apartment. The flat is pleasing to the eyes, the furnishings are well placed and attractive. The bathrooms are clean and are fitted with stylish modern fixtures. Even though it was just my husband and myself, having two bathrooms helped us start our day of sightseeing early and relaxed. There are also a lot of mirrors, well positioned. (and so there no tied-up because of mirror time.) The apartment is well-equipped, I don't believe we were in want of anything. Because I have food allergies and have to prepare most of my own my own food, I was especially appreciative of having a modern and efficient kitchen, clean and easy to work in. There is also a really nice patio, weather permitting, to sit and have a meal or just enjoy the scenery. The place is located in a very modern section of London, close to the Thames river and is beautifully landscaped.
Richard, the owner is a super friendly guy. He showed us the area when we arrived and made himself available in case we needed anything. We had no need of his services, but I felt sure he would be there if we really needed him. There are about four different restaurant in the vicinity. The grocery/supermarket (Sainsbury's) is within walking distance along the wonderful view of the Thames river. A bus stop is across the street. The tube stop (Fulham/broadway) is 15 minutes walk or take the bus #191 to the subway stop. If you are brave enough to drive a car in London and its surrounding, the apartment has a very spacious and secure parking garage. Contact Richard for detail. The place is also outside the Congestion Zone, so you will not be charge by the city of London for having a car. Will I recommend this place? I have already have.

Apartment was cozy and comfortable place to call home while in London. Traveled with my wife and two daughters. Apartment is within easy bus ride to Fulham Broadway or Earl Court tube stations. Sainsbury's down the road for supplies. Would definitely recommend for couple or any party of 4 or less. Apartment was safe and very quiet with great views of the Thames just a short walk away.
