Great Location

I took my 16 year old daughter and 2 of her friends to Paris for the weekend and we rented this wonderful apartment. The owner was very helpful throughout the booking process and whilst we were at the apartment. The description and photographs are very accurate and everything is of beautiful quality and superbly maintained and clean.
Location wise we loved it; we could walk through the beautiful streets of St Germain and the Latin quarter and if we wanted to go further afield the Metro station was only a couple of hundred yards away. The views from here are amazing you are on the 9th floor with 360 degree views of Paris, we watched the sun come up over Sacre Coeur and set over the Eiffel tower. Perfection! We would certainly rent this property again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

This apartment offers an excellent base to explore Paris, giving you more space and flexibility than a hotel and a cracking view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony.
There is everything you need here to enjoy Paris, with the nearest Metro station only a few yards from the front door.
The kitchen facilities mean you can save a little on the exorbitant Paris prices by cooking your own food if you want.
We only stayed for a couple of nights, but this was very easily arranged with the owner.
Highly recommended.

the appartment was really like the description, the environment was very quiet, and in the same time very near from all. We can really recommend this appartment and the owner.

me and my wife were looking for a nice quiet apartment near the centre of paris and decided to try this one out and we could not have been more pleased!
we were met by the owner (who kept in touch via email) and shown around the apartment when we arrived. she was very friendly and informative. the apartment itself is decorated beautifully to a high standard and kept immaculately clean. it has obviously been well looked after and care has been taken in choosing the furniture and decor.
the kitchen was fully equipped with an electric hob, microwave/oven, kettle, toater, coffee machine and pots, pans, cutlery etc. the living room area had a table for 4 people, leather couch, flatscreen tv, dvd and hifi (with an aux input so take a small jack connecter if you have an mp3 player). the bed is really comfortable and there is a computer station which is online so you can google all those french restaurants you want to eat in. the shower is great and powerful and like the rest of the apartment has a "designer" feel to it. there is also an ironing board. the view over st.germain is really lovely and as we were quite high up, it was nice to be able to see paris changing through the day.
the apartment is located about 1 mins walk from raspail metro stop which is really convenient, especially as it is on the same line as gard du nord (eurostar). it is only a few stops to the centre of paris, or a 30-40 min walk taking in the sights. the apartment block is quiet and we didnt really bump into any of the other residents. it is on the ninth floor, but there is a small lift.
overall, me and my wife were really pleased with the apartment as it was perfect for us, and we would definitely return in the future and recommend to our friends. thanks to the owner for a lovely stay!

"This is an exceptional apartment. By far the best we have ever rented in Paris. It has everything that is claimed in the description and more. Its condition is impeccable and its many modern features are of top quality and function well. Its position adjacent to the Metro makes it easy and quick to get around Paris. Stores and restaurants are close at hand
The owner is very professional, efficient, and reliable. We would not look to rent elsewhere on our next visit to Paris. Our party included two children and the neighbour must now be more relaxed as she posed no problem for us whatsoever."

Lovely Apartment

Apartment was as advertised. Clean and beautifully maintained. Had soap for laundry and dishes which was quite handy. Was really just about perfect. Only complaint was downstairs neighbour who complained about noise within about 5 minutes of our arrival. Apparently a common occurrence with this neighbour but she was quite difficult to deal with and caused my husband and I a fair amount of stress during the stay.
Owner's Response: The neighbour recently retired and is a bit depressed since.
The couple had two young and very lively children who had to live out their jetlag. I had my lawyer point out this to the neighbour and asked her to get medical assistance. The problem has been dealt with.
