Wonderfully relaxing holiday

Although we thought Can Amore looked lovely on the website, the pictures do not do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The property is much bigger than we'd anticipated & beautifully maintained. The welcome bottle of vino was a lovely touch. It was easy to get to from the airport and we were well looked after by Angela & Eddy, making sure we had shopping in the fridge & cupboards due to our late night arrival. Being mainly on 1 level, it made for a very relaxing family holiday with 2 little ones in tow. The property is completely enclosed, so no worries about the kids wandering off. We hired a car for the week & found Can Amore a perfect base from which to explore from. There are some fabulous beaches within a 15 minute drive, the local beach is in walking distance. One of our favourites being ses Salinas, lunching at the Jockey Club. Cala d'Hort we found out, was the backdrop to film South Pacific! Venturing into the old town in Ibiza was a doddle with the new road cutting through the island, this also took about 15 minutes. We went to our favourite restaurant La Brasa and walked around the harbour. Nearby to Can Amore we recommend the local Thai restaurant, the food was fabulous. Also, not to far to drive you can watch the sunset @ Cafe Mambo or Cafe del Mar, where many people head at that time of day. The supermarket and pharmacy are just a few minutes away by car or walking.
All in all, we had the holiday we wanted, relaxing & sunny in a lovely villa with the pool. (my eldest daughter can now swim without armbands!)
Many thanks to Angela & Eddy, we will recommend to our friends and hope to see you again soon.
