Reviews of Property: Tranquil and relaxing 5 bed villa with a lakeside view

Words can not describe my families pleasure in your most spacious house. After a three day drive from Canada it was wonderful to enter a place which was clean and inviting. We had ten people in our party (5 adults and 5 children) and there was more than enough space for everybody. It was nice to have four bathrooms since my house in Canada only has one. The layout of the house was great and it never felt like we were tripping over each other. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent after the many days of park walking and gift shopping. The house is in very quiet, close location to all that Orlando has to offer. Disney parks are approximately 25 minutes away. I am planning another trip to Florida in the next few years and will hope to return to this wonderful house. I am most definitely going to recommend this house to people I know if they are coming to Florida. Thanks Alan

The house is beautiful. Better than the description. It's very spacious. The pool was heated and our grandchildren had the time of their lives playing in the pool and hot tub. We would like to thank Alan for all of his assistance and timely communications. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. I would also consider renting it again the next time we're in the Orlando area. It's very easy to get to and close to everything. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday.

C'était extraordinaire, bien situé, près de tout. Les enfants ont adorés. Très propres et spacieux.Nous étions 5 personnes mais aurions pu être facilement 10 personnes et tout aurait été correct.

We were very pleased with the villa. It was nice and clean when we came. We liked the house the best of any we have rented and have already signed up for next year for part of Feb. and March. The pool area is private, and the hot tub and pool were always warm. The layout of the house and the area in which the house is located are also great. We felt at home here.

This was a great choice of villa, the price was even better given the standard of the villa.

We all loved the location and I considered this villa to be one of the best I have rented. The size is not identified by the pictures but Alan sent more, fantastic communications at all times.

I will recommend this Villa to family and friends and if allowed put the location on our works notice board as we have a lot of Florida sun seekers, who all want great deals.

My wife and I were very pleased with this nice home with a great pool. The location is quiet and very relaxing We look forward to a future visit.

First of all the description and pictures really dont do this villa justice. It was amazing in fact you would think we was the first people to stay init. Alan the owner was fantastic with communication and advice on where to visit and even where to get tickets for the parks cheaper. The kids loved the pool me myself I prefered the jacuzi. All the rooms where bigger than i expected as i was going by the pictures which make them look tiny. Kids spent time at the basketball courts which was at the top of the street, the neighbours and their kids where friendly too. Also the Florida store who look after the villa were very nice and helpful too. Would definately go back to this villa and have already recommended it to some friends who are looking to go in a year or two. Ponderosa would recommend especially for breakfast which is only about 10 mins away. Walmart OMG its out of this world its massive loved it bought loads of bargains.
