Cet appartement de caractère, d'une propreté irréprochable, est très agréable à vivre. Il est en tous points conforme à la description et aux photos. Il est situé dans un quartier calme et aéré, avec tous les commerces et les lignes de tram ou de bus à moins de 200 mètres. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes ou 5 avec un lit d'appoint dans une des chambres ou le séjour. Une adresse à recommander.

The best anniversary

We travelled to Lisbon in order to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and in fact it has been a wonderful experience. We decided to book this property and it came out to be the best choice we could have made. It´s as pretty as it looks in the pictures --lovely, in fact!! and it is located in a quiet and great area Campo Ourique, easy to get by car, with a traditional market just around the corner with nice vegetables, there are also nice restaurants (ask Mario, he will recommend the best you can find!!!) the streetcar number 28E which goes directly to the center of Lisbon...We drove from Madrid and we could easily park the car just in front of the house and we left it there for the five days we stayed without problems. The house is very clean, well equiped, iron, drier, washer, and we think that it was specially useful the laptop with internet connection to look for addresses or directions.
We stayed from June 10th to 15th which is the time for Lisbon to celebrate St. Antonio (13th) which is the patron saint of the city and areas like Alfama are decorated in a very colourful way, you can eat sardines, and in fact the center smells to sardine, well, the atmosphere is really nice. Not very advisable for people who like quietness.
I´m sure we will come back because there are some things that we did not visit -lack of time!!
For people who love going out, I would recommend the "Docas" which are old piers now converted in nice restaurants and pubs to go out.
Besides Lisbon we visited Belem and Sintra, very nice both of them.

The apartment is very good located and equipped, very comfortable and clean. The owner is very helpful, reliable and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend this place to other travellers.

Property was very clean and good customer service was provided.There is a contact person that helps you with all your questions and problems.There was only one wineglass in the kitchen, the only minor point in the app., all the rest was excellent.
It is in center of Lissabon, not much place to park your car, best to take the public transport.
As for restaurants: prices are high in Lissabon for what you get.
The appartement has the excellent location for people who want to see the authentic town of Lissabon, so for citytrippers.You are in the middle of the town.

A very nice place in historical Lisbon quarter

A very nice apartment in a historical quarter in Lisbon.
Very near is a market where one can find fresh fish, vegetable, fruit, portugese cheese and other delicious things.
The famous "Eléctrico 28" is near - and it is worth to make a tour with it.
The apartment was very clean and very well-maintained.
The owners are vey sympathetic and helpful.
We really loved to stay there and we would like to come back.

Apartment at campo d'ourique

My family and I enjoyed our stay in a similar but bigger apartment rented out by the same owner in the same area...the apartment was well furnished and the owner was very helpful. The place was conveniently located near a tram stop and travel around lisbon city was very easy.
I will definitely recommend the place to my friends/family and consider staying there again when I visit Lisbon again.

Elegant Modern Lisbon Apartment in Campo Ourique

This apartment provided the perfect location for an exciting vacation in Lisbon, along with comfort and security. The beautiful furnishings made my husband and I feel as though we were staying in a luxury hotel suite. The apartment was spotless and had all the important amenities such as internet, modern kitchen appliances, and space. Nearby was the market where we could buy food for those times that we did not go out to any of the wonderful restaurants within walking distance or further away. Since we are big walkers, we did not have any trouble walking to sites all around Lisbon, though when we did get tired, we simply hopped onto the number 28 cable car which traversed every part of the city. And when we were really tired, a cab was easily gotten and made its way without any problem back to the apartment. Finally, I have the highest regard for the owners whose kindness, generosity and graciousness made us feel like we were family. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends, family and anyone who wants to feel right at home in a city where one does not speak the language or know a soul.
