My friend and I stayed at Xavier’s house last week. I’ve personally been to Ibiza many times before, but generally stayed in villas closer to San Antonio. So this was the first time I’d stayed in the Old Town. Without trying to use too many superlatives, I have to say this is the most enjoyable time I’ve ever had in Ibiza and the house made a significant contribution to this. The lounge, kitchen and bathrooms were more than ample, and the bedrooms were again exceptionally comfortable. However all these things aside the roof terrace is what made the property – watching the sun rise/ set, having meals up there and relaxing – quite simply stunning. In terms of location there are a number of excellent restaurants in the area (one family owned one that you see at the steps approaching the house), and you are literally 5 minutes away from all the bars and main square. Watching the world go by from the balconies was also a popular past time. I think this is Ibiza proper, and until I get one of my own, I’ll certainly be using Xavier’s property again.

a hidden treasure, in the centre of ibiza old town. this fabulous town-house is only a stones-throw away from the bustling bars and restaurants, the roof terrance provides panoramic views of the harbor and the most magical sunsets, that should be enjoyed with a glass of chilled bubbly. many thanks to xavi and lisette for being both helpful and accommodating. cannot wait to revisit this little gem again.

my friends ( 3 boys and 1 girl ) and myself; we are all 18 years old, enjoyed our 1 week on ibiza...but one can say that spending time on the beautiful roof terrace of the gorgeous apartment was our favorite thing to do! You get an amazing view of the port, the Dalt Ville, Ibiza Town and the surrounding area (you can even see Amnesia and Privelege at nights which aren't that close to the port).
The house which is located RIGHT in the center of ibiza town exceeded all of our expectations.
I can only recommend Xaviers town-house apartment, it is the perfect place in ibiza town. For everbody, at every age.
We will definitely come back!!!

If you want a sophisticated break, right in the heart of Ibiza Town then this place is perfect. It is beautifully furnished and the roof terrace is amazing. Can't imagine a better view in Eivissa. Xavi and Carmen are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt on meeting, for both arrival and departure. Highly recommended.

This property is a perfect location for those who want to combine relax and have an active night. Right in the hart of Ibiza Town and a great view over the harbour and the old city. The property was well maintained, nice clean and a good arrival service. Big surprise were the bathrooms with non-Spanish high showers, and ofcourse the great sunroof wich will kept us away from the beach. Enough bars and restaurants right outside the door whithin a few steps, so will come back for sure.

A place not to miss!!
The house is really located right in the heart of old Ibiza town; it is charming, so very clean and tidy. It's as chic as Ibiza island.
But the best of it all is its magnificent terrace with impressive views, where we had dinner while we watched and listened to the Grand Finale of the International Music Summit held by to the walls of Dalt Vila...
We felt like genuine VIPs!
We sure will book this house for our next stay in the island!

The house is beautiful, has lovingly decorated rooms and is verycosy and clean. Xavi gave us some good recommendations for nice restaurants, bars and beaches. A parking site is about 10 walking minutes away, near the harbour in the Calle de Pere Frances (2-3 Euro for the guys who show you your spot). There are some bars/restaurants next to the house, at night you'll hear the people in the streets. If you enjoy going for a run in the morning, a good possiblility is around the harbour to the lighthouse (roundtrip 6,5 km). The house is just perfect if you want to discover Eivissa!

We enjoyed so much the time spent in this wonderful apartment when we first rented it in June, 2008 that we returned 2 months later on the same property. It is in the middle of everything, has wonderfull urban views from the terrace and has a very chic design inside. The chillout nights spent on its terrace will always be nice memories.
And one more thing, some of the readers will know what I mean: it was the first time in Ibiza (we are already veterans) when every single line from the apartment website presentation was 100 % accurate. We will definitely come back!

Myself and 4 girlfriends wanted to go to Ibiza for a fun but more up market trip. I found this place and was attracted by the photos of the sun terrace. I contacted the owner, Xavi, who was polite, friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. He sent more photos on request and when we arrived we were pleased to find the photos were accurate.
The apartment is amazingl! Perfect location - Ibiza Town is lovely, very chic. You can walk to the port to get a boat, or to the buses to get around the island. The sun terrace which is by far our favourite part overlooks the port 180 degrees and the other 180 degrees is of the amazing Dalt Vila World Heritage Site - definitely worth the steep climb to see. Its a great sun trap and but the sea breeze and outdoor shower make it very comfortable.
The whole place was clean and new, good showers, sweet little kitchen etc. However, the spiral staircase makes it not advisable for the elderly or infirm and I would say 5 or us were comfortable in there but 6 would be a squeeze.
So basically top marks for the place. We really enjoyed our stay and we all would highly recommend it to others and will be back to stay ourselves if we go again.

This apartment exceeded all my expectations and more. The house has been styled by an interior designer and there has been great attention to detail paid in the design of the house that makes for a very enjoyable stay. Obviously the roof terrace is a major highlight! There is even a dinning table and chairs on the terrace, which is lovely to enjoy breakfast on.
During our stay the house lost power and we had no lighting or air conditioning. Unfortunately, this occurred very late at night. The owner handled the situation very calmly and efficiently. He immediately called the electricity company out in the middle of the night and it was fixed within 2 hours! We were very pleased and grateful at the speed in which it was resolved, very professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants to be in heart of Ibiza Old Town.
