Reviews of Property: New luxury villa with beautiful sea views and a gated private pool

Our first villa holiday with children, found the villa to be very clean, tidy,good quality facilities. Very good sized pool, well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet area, plenty of room on site of villa to park car which is needed to get to main area.
BBQ with all equiptment required.
Fantasic holiday made even better with a superb villa to stay in, we are returning next year!!

We have recently returned from staying at the Villa Rosara
The Villa was as described if not better, easy directions
from the airport approx 40 mins I had taken all my family
with grandchildren and was a little concerned before we arrived
we were greeted with a spotless clean Villa welcome pack
cots/high chairs there waiting for us, the pool area is something special complete with barbeque and all the amenities you could
wish for. a car is recomended as it located approx 10/12 mins drive into Ayia Napa.
I would not hesitate to recomend this Villa (Superb)

I recently spent a week at the Rosara villa as part of a mixed group of eight adults. It was the first time I had been to Cyprus, and I had a fantastic time and very much enjoyed both the villa and the island.

The villa itself is just as lovely as it appears in pictures. It's very well equipped and all eight of us were more than comfortable during our stay. Roger and Sarah did a great job of providing all the info we needed before our arrival, including clear instructions on how to get there from Larnaca airport (a very straightforward drive that takes little more than an hour) to everything we needed to know about the villa itself.

In my opinion it's perfectly placed, as it's set in a very tranquil environment, but is only 6km from Ayia Napa, so you can decide on what type of holiday you're going to have - relaxing and chill out, or more lively. We did a mixture of both!

During our week's stay we did a number of things that I'd highly recommend: a day at the water park, only about a 10 minute drive from the villa, go karting (right by the water park), a boat trip from Ayia Napa harbour, a day on Nissi beach, and about four nights out in Ayia Napa for either a meal or a night out.

I'd also recommend a trip to the nearby Carre Four supermarket to stock up the fridge for a week - we did, and it was an inexpensive way of eating very well for the week. Another must-try is having a barbeque one evening at the villa by the pool - bliss!

We hired two cars between the group and I'd say this was a good idea, as it means everyone there can get about and doesn't have to rely on taxis. The only time we took taxis was into Ayia Napa for nights out (and on the way back) and this typically cost us about 15 euro.

In short - we had such a good time and will definitely return. Thank you Roger and Sarah for a lovely week and a great introduction to Cyprus!

Just got back from this great villa after spending a week in Cyprus to attend my brothers wedding at the nearby Dome Beach Hotel. It is lovely, the area is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the hotels of aya napa and it has everything you need to totally enjoy your holiday whether it's with the kids or without. Spent a lot of time just floating on a bed in the pool (total tranquliity). The only thing that was missing was a car in hindsight I would have hired one as the taxis were very expensive and the amount of times we used them it would have been cheaper to hire (but who wants to drive). I only met Tina once (Ishe looks after the property) she was lovely vey friendly and keeps the villa immaculate. I would certainly recommend this villa and would defenitely go back. A big thank you to Roger and Sarah who delivered exactly what it says on the bottle. Cheers.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely villa it is of a very high standard with quality fittings and furniture. The pool is great, a good size for the villa it has an upstairs balcony with stunning views of the sea.

it has everything you could possibly need and more, the service from the owners was first class, it was very clean and well looked after, and would certainly recommend it to friends.

it is in a quiet residential location perfect for a relaxing holiday.

You will need a car to get about it is a little distance for restaurants shops ect none in walking distance.

We had a fantastic holiday in the beautiful villa! It was clean and very well catered for. The pool and surrounding area were also very good. Villa is situated in a quiet location within easy reach of Ayia Napa. I would recommend a hire car, as taxi's can prove costly if used everyday.

The owners were fantastic in making it a very pleasant stay. I would thoroughly recommend the villa to anyone!

This fantastic villa made for a fantastic family holiday. It had everything we needed for our faimly holiday of 6 adults and 2 18 month old toddlers. The pool was lovely and the location quiet but within easy reach if Ayia Napa. I would recommend a hire car though as it is in a quiet area and taxi's in and out of Ayia Napa were quite costly, between £10 and £15 each way.
