Dear Mike and Arline,
I don't think you could have done anything more to make our stay more enjoyable as it seemed to us you had thought of everything! The house was fantastic and the view of the lake and the surroundings was beautiful. What I liked about your house was we could get to so many other areas quickly because of the access to I75.
We really enjoyed your Pool as it was lovely and warm thanks to the unique layout (vertical instead of horizontal) so it catches the sun for the entire day
We will definitely consider your house again when we next return to Florida and we would recommend it for anyone we know to stay at as it is a brilliant place to stay. Thanks for allowing us to be one of the first in your home and for the very professional way you made the arrangements on our behalf.

Hi Arline and Mike,
We had a wonderful time in your home, when we entered we said what a beautiful house and so peaceful.
The view over the lake with the birds leaving their nest every morning was very beautiful and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the table tennis and the other games. The outlet, where we shopped a lot, was very close, just like the publix and the other stores (within 10 minutes). And the Woody’s, restaurant/bar with good food and nice view over the water, and in the weekend live music was very amusing.
We can recommend everybody a stay in your beautiful villa, because you will have a wonderful time.
I hope that once we can come back for another stay in your home.

THE BEST SO FAR

Mike and Arline,
Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay at your villa. Of course one week was not enough. Your villa was by far the best kitted out of any we have ever stayed at; it is a refreshing change to have ready access to the
small things that make a difference such as cloths,
washing up liquid, laundry detergent, cool boxes, salt, tea bags etc.,etc. Of course we had brought some with us and left for the next guests.
Equipment and utensils were plentiful.
I noted your request to use the fishing rods for freshwater. As such we bought a rod to use at the piers (Rod and Reel and one near) on Anna Maria Island.
It was a bite with every cast by using the frozen shrimp bought on the pier as bait, I would recommend this to any of your guests as a bit of fun. I have left the rod in your garage and if any guests wish to go fishing off the piers they can use it rather than your fresh water rods; it is the
red rod.
Thanks for a great time and hopefully we will return in the not too distant future (for at least two weeks!)

Another fabulous holiday at this ideal location, watching the sunset relaxing with a drink, or even watching the sunrise. Close to the Interstate with easy access to numerous places of interest. Lovely beach approx. 30 mins away, (Holmes Beach) worth the drive. Watch the wallet as there is plenty of shopping to be done at the Ellenton Outlet! No point in checking out all the other homes, this fits everything you could wish for and yes we do hope to return once again in the not too distant future.

Ideal Holiday Rental

We were impressed with the prompt and friendly atttention our booking received from the owners and the information package that we received when we had paid for the rental in full. We were also very impressed that our deposit arrived home before we did as we stayed on a few days in a hotel.
Upon opening the front door to this property we just knew
we had made the right decision to bring our son, daughter-in-law and young family here. It was absolutely ideal for their two year old and small baby. It is a spacious house with room for everyone to be together or 'do their own thing'. The kitchen is well equipped for both indoor and outdoor living and the whole house is furnished tastefully but comfortably. The owners have paid great attention to detail and there is everything available to make this very much a home from home stay.
The view over the lake is delightful and was the first thing we looked at in the morning and last thing at night. There is always a new bird to identify on the water or in the air and with an identification book available from the owners it isn't too difficult.
The layout of the house is ideal. We grandparents could be self contained in the master bedroom while the parents and children are all within 'baby listening' distance of each other down the other end of the house.
Everyone loved the pool which was a lovely temperature and ideal for such young children and the provision of inflatables and swimming aids make it such fun for them. The beach was too hot for a young baby so to have our own pool was perfect.
A bonus, which added such fun to the holiday, is the games equipment in the garage. We also appreciated the folding beds and beach towels that you can actually take to the beach with you.
The location of the house is perfect, as within minutes you can be on the I75 or I275 and travel to any one of a number of places in either direction. We will have no hesitation in recommending this holiday rental to our family and friends should they wish to visit Florida and will use it again ourselves in the future.

Wow, where do I start..... we have been to Florida seven times and have stayed at various villas at different locations.. your beautiful villa was clearly the best we have used. The location was perfect for wonderful drives over the Skyway Bridge to lots of gorgeous beaches, and all the other attractions. The local restaurants were great and we loved Ellenton. The local guide you have at the villa was really helpful. You have clearly spent a lot of time and consideration for your guests needs and I cannot think of anything that you missed. Your attention to detail was great and we relaxed into the villa very quickly without having to rush out to the shops.
Thank you for returning our deposit so quickly. Usually after our holidays we start to think about where we want to go next... but we all came back and decided that we would love to return to your villa. We would have no hesitation in recommending your villa to family and friends and hope to book with you again very soon.

We would like to thank you both for letting us stay in your lovely home, it was very comfortable and well equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the pool and lania overlooking the lake area early in the morning when the rest of the family were still asleep. We had a lovely relaxing week after the sometimes hectic previous week visiting The Mouse! We have to agree with previous occupants, we had a very good Italian meal at _Gio's_ (mailto:Gio'@s) and an excellent steak at Outback Steakhouse. We would certainly recommend your lovely home to family and friends, and we would have no hesitation in booking your home in the future.

WE LANDED ON OUR FEET!!

Your house in Florida is really beautiful. We landed on our feet. Its location looking out over the lake is spectacular and being able to watch the lovely sunsets was a real pleasure. The neighbourhood is quiet which was just what we were looking for - no early morning or late evening noise. The decor and furnishings are very comfortable - we loved the ice maker - it was used a lot. To be honest anything we went looking like an iron, hairdryer (my daughter not me) - everything was there. We were delighted to find you had a BBQ and spent many a pleasant evening eating out doors and enjoying the scenery.
I must admit we were quite lazy while there. We only went to the beach a couple of times as the children preferred your pool. My youngest soon was like a fish - he spent many a happy hour swimming lengths and diving to the bottom. The table tennis table was used a fair bit too - it is a great asset.
Your location is excellent - it was easy to find, following your directions and is in a lovely neighbourhood. We travelled up to Tampa a few times - the journey isn't far and the roads and signposts are excellent. We visited Citrus Mall and went to a baseball game in Tropicana Fields. Both were easily accessible from your house - only a relative short spin.
The information you already have on file is very useful - we used it a lot.
Our faviourite meals out would have been in Gio's and Outback Steakhouse. We found another really good restaurant too - called Acapulco. They serve Mexican food which is really good. It is down off the 64 (similar to going to Outback) however instead of heading right when you come off the interstate you turn left - it is down about a five minute drive on the right hand side in a big shopping mall which has a Publix in it too. I believe they sometimes have live music there but it wasn't on the night we went.
Your accessibility to Ellenton Outlet was great - when I needed some time out to myself I used to go there on my own and wander about - sometimes window shopping - more often than not purchasing!
Johnny (husband) and Alan (youngest) played golf on the course just down the road from you. They must have enjoyed it as they went back several times.
All in all we had a great time and are sorry to be home. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your house to anyone.
