Reviews of Property: Villa on Royal Mougins Golf Resort, Overlooking 5th Tee, Domaine freshwater pool

Good points: nice new clean house, good communication with the owner, broadband, excellent golf course a few meters away, excellent forest walks

Not so good points: a golf course a few meters away, a train line in 50 meters (although not frequent trains), remote location (so you need a car)

The villa is excellent and is perfect if you want to get away from the world, except for a few golfers. The villa has all the home comforts that you require, the pool is a great place to sunbathe. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time at the tee5. During our stay from 26 july till 9 august the temperature didn' t fall below the 30 degrees. With this heat the stay will be perfect if the bedrooms would have an airco.
The house is very large, clean and well arranged. Also the swimmingpool was very nice. It was really a pleasure to stay there for an fortnight. All the places in the neighborhood like Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, Nice and Monaco were easy to reach by car (not much traffic).
I will surely recommend this place to my friends and family especially those who play golf.

Unfortunately we leave tomorow. The truth is that everything looks better in reallity than in the pictures. That was the first surprise. The house, soroundings, swimingpool, everything. In fact it is a home, it is not unpersonal like a hotel. You can find everything you need in the house.
We came here with our 18 years old son but we all found something to do.
The house was warm and welcoming from the first moment. Clean, well kept and well equipped.
Michael was very prompt from the first moment, he answered imediately to all our questions before our arrival and during our vacation week.
We had a small problem with the internet and he was very helpful trying to fix the problem by phone and even sending an IT specialist to the house to solve our problem.
The air is fantastic because everything is green around.
The swimming pool is one of the best I ever seen.
We will send pictures to all our friends, warmly recommending this vila.
And of course, we will make another vist at the Royal Mougins Golf Resort.

We stayed a family of four in the villa, and found it extremely good value for our money! A well equipped villa, situated nicely as seen on the photos, provided by the owner, Michael, who was very cooperative in every way!
A 15 min drive to the beaches in Cannes was no problem, and we dined several times in the restaurant at the clubhouse. Luckily we could walk home:-) to the villa.
We will definately be back next year.....!

We just spend two wonderful weeks at the Royal Mougins Golf Resort living at the wonderful villa placed just outside the 5th Tee.

This was our second trip/stay in the area of Cannes/Nice/Antibes. We were very existing about our Holiday and stay during week 27 & 28 year 2008. We are a family of 4 persons. When we signed up the period of staying for two weeks, we were ofcourse very curious if the pictures of the Villa and the area around Royal Mougins Golf Resort for real should be like seen on the promotion.

But - we can teel you for sure, all details seen in the pictures are like in real experience.

The villa is great with plenty of room for everyone. When we arrived we went into a clean and very nice house. The beforehand informations were exactly as informed. Very good service before, under and after the stay. Having such much room and space inside and outside were just perfect.

A very weel occupied villa with all and more what we needed. The location is great.

Living in a private area and still just beeing few minutes from the highlight of the south of France was great.

The house/area is very highly maintained and anyone will discover to stay and live in one of the very best parts in the area.

And not to forget to mentioned the Royal Mougins Golf Course - we cannot desripe it in words - you have to play the course yourself. What a course.

We can only recommend this villa 100 %.

We found the Villa on Royal Mougins Golf Resort, Overlooking 5th Tee to be perfect for our stay. We were a party of four with a child of 2.5 years.The Villa is as it is described on owner website and is an excellent location for visiting Cannes, Nice & Monaco. Also some lovely smaller towns such as Grasse, Antibites and Valbonne. It was in excellent condition and is well maintained. Michael was very helpful from the time I showed interest in the villa. He never hesitated to answer any of my questions and we would have no hesitation in booking the property again. The old village in Mougins has some lovely restaurants.

A relief to find a house rental that is well maintained and fully equiped with almost all of the comforts of home (eg. Hairdryer, Toaster, Internet...). Standard of all furnishings are of good quality including the beds and bed linens (very important for those of us that are prone to vacation home back ache!)

The owner, Michael was a pleasure to deal with and was more than helpful in answering our questions.

Highly recommended for couples seeking peace and quiet with golf & tennis on the door step, we will tell our friends and without doubt return again.
