The Lagoon apartment - Venice

Fabiano -the owner- was very friendly and hospitable.
The price was very good in comparison with the prices in Venice.
There were no problems in accomodation.
All pitures are real. The flat is very near to the downtown.
It was very pleasant holiday.

we were very imressed from the owner Fabiano. He helped us in process of organizing our transport to the city with advices. He took us from bus station. The apartment is very clean, convenient and not expensive for the prices in Venice. The owner was very friendly and polite.
when we visit Venice some day we will call him again!

Great location near central train station and ferries. We stayed as a couple and one teenager very comfortably. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with good facilities including air conditioning and a washing machine.
No real view -very small windows but we didn't spend much time in the apartment for all the sight seeing.
My only suggestion would be for the owner to leave a list of recommended things to do and see - it's always useful to have some insider tips when new to a very touristy destination.

The apartment was beautiful, definately exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, very clean, well looked after in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Fabiano was outstanding with his customer care, it was very reassuring when he meet us at the airport and took us to the apartment personally (just a small Charge, half of a taxi fare). I would honestly recommend this apartment knowing that others wont be disapointed. The location of the apartment is very close to the train station, water buses, water taxi and all shopping amenities. The local people were very friendly and helpfull. There is plenty to do and see, also Venice was not as expensive as we thought it would be. It is well worth buying a 72 hour ticket for the water buses to visit all the beautiful areas of venice. We can honestly say that our whole Venice experience was a trip to remember for all the right reasons.

This apartment is very modern and nice and suited our needs very well. It was everything we were led to believe and clean. We felt secure there since it is located inside a gated area.

Mr Fabiano met us at the train station and escorted us to the apartment just a ten minute walk away. He was very helpful to a couple of newcomers to overseas travel like ourselves.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Our group had 3 adults and 2 small children (3 and 6 yrs). The apartment was spotless and very charming and we loved it. The location was very close to the train station, which was perfect after our long journey to get there. It was very quiet at night!

Overall service was excellent. Fabiano was also a great help with visa papers for one of our party. I would recommend this property to anyone interested, especially if you have children. When we go back to Venice, this is where we'll stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice and would highly recommend this apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes from the shops and restaurants. It is in a very convenient location, close to the railway station, bus stops, and not too far from the harbor where the cruise ships dock. For those who have difficultly with bridges (and luggage), there are only two bridges to cross, the large Millennium Bridge and a small one in the neighborhood. The apartment itself seemed new (newer) and we found it very clean and spacious. What really stood out was the owner, Fabiano, who was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on next trip back to Venice.

We were very satisfied with the apartment during our first stay in Venice. Fabiano, the owner, responded promptly to all our inquiries by email before our arrival and met us as arranged at the bus stop. We found the apartment very comfortable, clean and well furnished. It was secure and quiet and within easy walking distance of the shops, sights, etc. We would recommend it to others and hope to return soon for another visit to Venice.
