How pleasant was our stay!!!

My husband and I plus our 3 grown-up children plus one son in law thoroughtly enjoyed an all too short time in this property which lived up to the completely honest and accurate description of it. It was in a good location for all that Andratx has to offer without being in any way noisy. It felt like 'home from home' as we rented in the same locality with this company 3 years ago and were just as happy this time, although we had a villa next door to the one we previously rented. The owners of the property were really helpful and left a very comprehensive information pack with us. We would definitely go again - the sooner the better!

Charming villa in a lovely place

Review Submitted: September 6, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
Our first trip to Mallorca and really taken with Puerto Andratx. The villa is well placed, being about a twenty minute walk from the centre and so removed from some of the hustle and bustle. It is a fairly steep slope back up though!
The villa owner Rosemary was helpful at every stage of the booking process and seemed genuinely concerned that our family should have a good holiday
We found that the villa was accurately described and we had more than sufficient space for our group of 4 adults. Worth pointing out that the third bedroom is only really big enough for 1 adult or 2 children. The pool is lovely and was well maintained by the very friendly local caretaker
Would recommend without hesitation

We have just returned from a week at Casa Roro and it is a very peaceful and comfortable place. Everything you need is in the house, and the next door neighbour is available if you need anything and he speaks excellent English.
With hindsight, we would not have hired a car, as the cost was more than a taxi from Palma and back again. The house is indeed a 15 min walk to the port, however, it is at the top of a hill, and in the heat we didn't even try to walk back - a cab was only 4 euros and stops right outside the supermarket.
Pool is only small but fine to cool off - not really suitable if you are an avid swimmer. We liked the Cappucinno bar at the port, which served the best white wine in my oppinion (if a little pricey).
The booking arrangements were excellent, and the owner was very helpful.
I would recommend the house to friends who wanted a quite time away from the crowds, but with the option to walk to bars and restaurants.

We have recently returned from this charming property, our party included two pensioners and two young children and it catered for all of us. The property is situated in a very pleasant quiet location, within walking distance of beach and harbour. It was well maintained, all of our needs were catered for and enjoyed the pool and also eating outside with a barbecue of evening.
We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and also like to return in future.

Billy and Alison enjoyed 12 nights at Casa RoRo in september. the villa was well situated just a 10 minute walk from the town and at the western end of the island. everything we needed was provided, and the homely atmosphere made our holiday so much more enjoyable. all the info we needed was to hand in the house book, and Rosemary confirmed our booking quickly and efficiently.
we hope to bring the family next time!

a more delightful place to spend two weeks in the sun you will not find anywhere! the house has a wonderfully homely feel, a traditional spanish casa feel, but equipped with all the mod cons; the area of peurto andratx is a stunning backdrop, harbour side restraunts, marina, and everything else you would expect to find in a charming spanish seaside resort. We will definately be back for another stay in casa roro.

Rustic house in Puerto Andratx

Review Submitted: July 22, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
This house is the loveliest house we have stayed in out of all our holidays abroad. The owners have really made sure that everything is there to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We enjoyed the peace and quiet to read, and the privacy of not being able to be looked upon. The property was immaculate throughout with very comfortable beds. We found puerto andtatx a lovely romantic place to stay. There are no large hotels or apartment complex's so the area is still unspoilt. The Port
has many lovely restaurants to choose from but our favourite is Porto Bellos with a wide range of dishes. We will definately go back to this house again (for the third time and again after that. We truly LOVE this house and this resort. WELL RECOMMENDED!!!!! Debbie & Peter

Delightful rustic house

Review Submitted: June 18, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
Our family of five (Mr, Mrs and 3 twentysomethings) have just had a most comfortable chill out stay at the delightful rustic house. It is aptly described, having a homely traditional feel. The house is very clean and equipped with extensive home comforts and mod cons, more than you would normally expect to find.
We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the terrace by the pool which are secluded and sheltered. The house is quietly located, but near to the small beach (good for snorkelling) and waterfront (with an array of yachts and boats) and an easy walk into the town which has a good selection of restaurants and other amenities. We found the food in the restaurants to be very good, many with reasonable prices for such an exclusive resort. There were also well equiped shops and supermarkets for supplies for eating in. We enjoyed a barbecue one evening after purchasing freshly landed fish.
The owner supplied us with comprehensive information regarding the property and surrounding area together with contact details which we found very helpful.
We would definately recommend this property and also would like to return again.

Thank you so much! We had a wonderful week thanks to such a well thought out property. Everything was perfect from the plants in the garden to the kitchen utensils. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at Casa RoRo in the future and thank you for adding such a lot to a very special holiday.

Wow! We came away to chill and get away from work and the kids for a few days. We felt at home straight away and said we'd like to come back every year.

Had a fabulous time. Loved everything about the place, but what made it perfect was being able to let our toddler about outside, taking a dip when he felt like it, while we could relax and watch on.

Lovely holiday. Your house is wonderful - beautiful location. We were grateful for the air conditioning. Many thanks.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at you're lovely home. Rarely do you stay away and yet feel so completely at home
