We have just spent 6 glorious days staying at Villa Ariadni. The views are amazing, the description of the villa is very accurate. The property itself is very well maintained and the swimming pool overlooking the sea was fantastic. Niko was very helpful if we needed anything - which we didn't!!!! The drive to the villa was amazing - although a bit scary at times!!! We found some lovely taverna's close by (although not within walking distance) and the people were all very welcoming. It is a very secluded and private villa and the countryside surrounding it is very unspoilt. We went to the beach at Elafonissi - which looks amazing and is great for children - but after the solitude at the villa we found it a bit too busy!
Anyway, we would highly recommend this villa. It is a lovely place to stay

fabulous stay in May

We had a great family time: beautiful architecture, superb landscape and a great collection of sunset memories. On top of that a very warm welcome and useful services from the manager of the villa (delicious food). We love the idea of coming back one day.

Welcome to a wonderful villa!

The villa is in a fantastic location and the view from the villa across to the sea is really quiet remarkable. Sunsets are a must and can be made very enjoyable with food that can be ordered through Niko or by doing your own BBQs. We started our honeymoon here (we are 30 years old), and we wanted somewhere tucked away, to allow us to rest us and relax. Ariadni certainly allowed us to do that. The pool is beautiful. The villa is of a very high standard and spacious. The previously mentioned Niko, is a legend. He's extremely helpful, giving you tips on the local areas and helping you out with food etc. I have stayed at villas before but never had I been so impressed by the quality of service. Thanks Niko!

(It's probably worth mentioning that we heading off to Santorini afterwards, which is famous for its sunsets. I however personally enjoyed the sunsets in Ariadni more as you were in your own space, sipping away at champagne/beers in wonderfully romantic surroundings.)

I'd recommend taking a stroll through some of the local land, down to beach/rocks, it's also really beautiful there.

the perfect location for a quiet vacation

Villa Ariadni is a beautiful luxurious house on a sublime location with breathtaking views in a very quiet surrounding. We loved the diners during sunset at the side of the swimmingpool. We had high expectations on beforehand, but it was even better. The hospitality of Nikos made us feel very welcome. Also the small shop and the possibility to have meals prepaired at reasonable prices was very convenient. The main disadvantage of the location is that it is quite remote and the road is a little bit difficult. We certainly hope that we can spend another holiday in this very nice villa and recommend it to everyone who likes luxury in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Guus & Jenny

Super Urlaub

Wir (2Erw. und 2 Kinder) waren eine Woche im Juni 2009 in der Villa.
Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Manager Niko und sein Team sorgen sich sehr gut um die Anlage (2 Villas in versetzter Höhenlage).
Wer Ruhe und Abgelegenheit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ein Meitwagen ist erforderlich, bzgl. der Einkäufe und zu Sandstrand Elafonisi(ca. 20km).
Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub; tolles Ambiente und schönen Sonnenuntergängen.

Sehr empfehlenswert für alle , die die Ruhe lieben

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu sechst ,4 Erwachsene 2 Jugendliche ,in der Villa Ariadni. Wir waren begeistert von der Lage im Olivenhain, der wunderschönen Aussicht, des großen, geplegten Pools , der stivollen Einrichtung und vor allem von der unbeschreiblich netten Betreung von Niko und Tasos, dem Verwalter und Besitzer, die zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit für uns da waren und für unser Wohlergehen gesorgt haben.Alle drei Tage wurden die handtücher gewechselt und das Haus geputzt.Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist so bestückt, dass man gute gerichte Kochen kann.
Wer die Einsamkeit liebt, der ist hier genau richtig. Zum Meer kann man in 20 Minuten laufen , das Wasser ist glasklar, es gibt allerdings keinen Sandstrand. Der ist 45 Minuten entfernt . Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.
Man kann in der Nähe Wanderungen unternehmen, joggen und es gehört ein Fitnessraum zu den Häusen, der gut ausgestattet ist.
Es gibt direkt bei den Häusern (es sind zwei) einen kleinen Laden indem man Grundnahrungsmittel erhält. Wenn man es wünscht kochen die Betreiber sehr gut und günstig .Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt etliche Tavernen.
Uns hat es jedoch am Besten auf der wunderschönen Terasse des Hauses gefallen.Wir sind alle zur Ruhe gekommen und haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen miteinander verbracht.
