Reviews of Property: Prestigious 5 bedroom villa with games room/pc +internet access/nintendo wii

Our party of four (two adults, a 16 year old and a 7 year old) spent two wonderful weeks at this villa in July.

The property is in a quiet location and is clean, spacious and well maintained. The owner has added lots of personal touches so that it has a homely feel. A great place to come back to after a hectic day in the parks.

There is plenty to keep children of all ages entertained. My youngest had a great time in the swimming pool whilst my teenage son loved the pool table and computer. There are games and and DVDs if the weather isn't great and even two childrens bikes in the garage.

The nearest supermarket is a five minute drive away and there are plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance (Applebees is worth a visit!). The Disney Parks are about a 20 mins drive and Univeral 30 mins.

The owner was very helpful, answering my many questions and recommending places to eat and things to see whilst in Orlando.

This was our second visit to Orlando and having stayed in a hotel the first time, we found this by far the better option. We had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend this villa to all our friends and family.

We spent a week at the villa the last week of April, 2009. There were 6 adults and 5 kids, ages 1-8, that were in our party. My husband, 4 kids and I had the upper floor all to ourselves - and enjoyed the 2 private bathrooms. The kids loved the toys and the Wii - which kept them occupied after busy days at the parks. We also all loved the pool and hot tub, both of which were nice and warm and very relaxing! What I loved most about the villa was that there were enough tv's and rooms that you could have some time to yourself if you needed it. The villa was very clean and well maintained. There is a high chair and a pack and play so my sister didn't have to bring that with her - another bonus. The villa was close enough to Disney but yet far enough away to feel like you are in a quiet place.

Throughout our booking and prior to our stay, Alison was very helpful to answer any questions that I had and was always very prompt. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would do differently is to bring exactly $1 (USD) in change for the toll road. That was very congested coming out of the airport and we didn't have enough change.

If you have children and want them to have options like toys, books, a Wii & a great pool, then I would highly recommend this house for your stay. We loved it!!

Wonderful place to stay, my family and I had such a wonderful time. The villa has so much space and so much to do. It was so nice to just come in from doing the parks to some rest and relaxation. I will be recommending this villa to all my friends, family and co-workers who will be coming to Florida to vacation. The pool was very much used by all. My grandchildren loved the house so much the four year old didn't want to go home. We will be back.

Made full use of all facilities it was so nice just to spend a day at the villa. Wii, pool table, jacuzzi & pool just made it perfect.
It was our families first visit to Florida and we will definitely be back.

This villa was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The space was great for our family--everyone had their favorite place to unwind. The master bath was beautiful and very very large. The teenagers all congregated there for make up and hair. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We truly enjoyed the pool and spa. The computer area/den was not mentioned and athe girls and their laptops lived in that space.

Stayed at this fantastic villa for 3 weeks from Sept 25th to Oct 16th 2008.It is everything and more that you could ever want and so much to do there it is very hard to get the kids to go to the parks.It made a real change to be able to come back from the hustle and bustle of the parks and be able to relax in the peace and quiet.The whole villa was spotlessly clean.The facilities are amazing PC, Wii, Games room the list is endless.This villa has by far been the best we have stopped in and would hope to go again soon !! Thanks to Alison for sharing her home with us its a holiday we wont forget in a hurry.

The villa was everything that the description said and more. There was so much space for the 4 of us, as it sleeps up to 12 and could do this easily with comfort. It felt really homely having all the extras such as Internet, Wii and Games Room. Ideal location for visiting theme parks at Disney and Universal and also for going further afield. Busch Gardens at Tampa was just 1hr along the I-4 Westbound which was one of our favourite parks and so easy to get to. We also went to Daytona Speedway and the beach which we all thoroughly enjoyed, being a lovely break from the Parks and this was only 1hr 15min on the I-4 Eastbound. Lots of lovely places to eat close by so no need to do lots of cooking. One of our favourites is Applebees Bar & Grill just along the US27 heading towards Clermont, which has a great atmosphere.

A great holiday had by all, being topped off with superb accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in the villa and would recommend it to everyone. The facilities are excellent and it is clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. It's close to local supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants and a short drive to all the theme parks. Communication with the owner was friendly and efficient.
