Reviews of Property: Prestigious Brand New 4 bedroom villa with pool and spa and Games Room

I spent a long time looking through pages and pages of properties for the perfect villa for our family vacation. I finally found this villa and I can honestly say that it was everything we were looking for and more. It was clean and tidy, well equipped and felt like home from the minute we arrived. It is perfectly located, only a 20 minute drive to all the major attractions. There are plenty of places within a five minute drive to pick up groceries or even eat out.
We had ten people in our party ranging from 3yrs to 35yrs and there was plenty of room for everyone. We all had a great time in the pool after a long day Disneying. It was great to get back and just jump in the pool or relax in the hot tub.
I have not hesitated in recommending this villa to family and friends. We are already thinking about our next vacation and will definately be renting this villa again.
The owner is very helpful, available and personable.

Fantastic!! A beautiful home, by far the best we have stayed in on our numerous visits to Orlando. Your home is a lovely base to come back to after a hectic day at the parks, and also a relaxing place if you just fancy a day lounging by the pool. Our family consisted of 3 children, ages 4, 11 and 14, myself and my husband and also my parents. There was something for us all to do, and never any arguing over who was doing what as there was such a choice. The small touches you have included in the home really do make a difference, and make it a place that you don't want to leave, and start looking for flights so that we can return. Thank you once again.

As a family of 5, we found this villa very spacious, clean and well maintained with everything you needed and more. The boys (from 9 - 63yrs old!) especially enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor pool too!
There is a Walmart and Publix very close by - Disney & Universal parks are appox 30mins away - a bit of a drive after a long hot day in the park. Busch Gardens is 50mins but well worth visit.
We found the best restaurant nearby to be Cracker Barrel (approx 15mins on the 27)but bit of a trek if you require a variety of restaurants. Booking was very easy and the owners were very friendly (as were the management co). You do need a car though!

We loved the villa and felt it was a 'home from home' from the moment we got there.
As soon as we arrived (quite late, flight from Miami was delayed) my husband got the jacuzzi going and we sat in it with a glass of wine, all the delayed flights were forgotten!
Our daughters (and we) enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, pool table and of course Nintendo wii (which my husband particularly liked!)
The villa is about a half an hour drive from all the action which did mean that after an exhausting day at the theme parks we had quite a drive before we could relax.
There is a Walmart just down the road as well as a Pulix supermarket on the way home on Route 27 so we stopped off to get essentials on our way back.
If you want a good diner, not far from the villa, go to Manni's, south on Route 27 towards Haines city, great fun.
Busy but very enjoyable holiday thanks to having somewhere nice to go 'home' to.

We Stayed in the house in march 08.It was excellant from the minute we got there at 3am in morning (planes lol).The house was very clean and well maitained. it had loads pool table, games, wii, computer ect. we have never stayed in a better place. the pool and jucuzzi day or night was very warm kids and adults loved it. we found it easy to get to from airport, only 10 - 15 mins from disney, 20 - 25 seaworld. this holiday was the best we have ever been on and the villa was Fantastic. we are hoping to go again next year if we do we will definatly book here again. 5 ***** villa.

We Stayed in the house in Jan 08.It was excellant from the start.The house was so tidy and well maitained.Everything had been so well catered for.As regular visitors to Orlando (at least once a year) I have to say this is the best property we have stayed in so far.The only thing this makes you want to go back more.We arrived late in the evening with a 1and half year old who was ready to party,due a good sleep.what do you ! But walk in to a house that had puzzels and building blocks etc that kept him busy.The adults were also catered for with the nintendo wi and the intenet ( they could get the footie scores)Everything about the stay house ,pool ,games room ,was Fantastic.So much so I returned from the trip and booked to go again in July.If you want a 5* stay in Orlando This is the house for you.
