Your house was perfect. The garden and pool were very fine and we loved the surroundings with the trees and 'wild nature'.
We were especially excited to see the monkeys - also all the other animals in the garden.
The beach is just spectacular.

There is no doubt about it - we will be back - and we will definitely recommend your place to other Danish families.
Noella is very kind. Everything was clean and perfect and she was very friendly. We just loved her:)
Andrew did a very god job with the garden - and he was also a very nice guy.
You are lucky to have them!!

Treetops - Paradise in Paradise!!

Review Submitted: November 7, 2009 Date of Stay: October 2009
What a wonderful place to stay. Once again a fabulous time had in Barbados, but this time we really are suffering badly from holiday blues. I have to put this down to Treetops as it really is one of the most magical places to stay, as said above a little slice of paradise in paradise. The setting is beautiful in the most amazing gardens with the monkeys out the back swinging through the trees! The location is perfect, peaceful and private but at the same time in easy access to lots of local amenities and the wonderful Mullins beach just a few minutes walk at the bottom of the road. The house has everything you need and the inclusion of sat. TV was great for me as I thought I was going to miss the baseball world series! If you have kids this would be an amazing place for them to run around, have fun and explore, with the pool ready to cool down in!!
Once again thanks to everyone for looking after us so well. We cannot wait to go again soon.

My family and I have holidayed in Barbados many times and like staying somewhere new ....but that won't be the case next time we go after staying last Easter at Simon and Sarah's Tree Tops.

We had stayed as Casblanca before and found the Ellis's great to deal with so when they said we could be one of the first to try Tree Tops, it sounded too goo to be true.

But the reality was as good as its billing and it gave us our best family trip ever. Watching the mokeys entertain us at breakfast on my 41st birthday was truly memorable. Barbecueing was great fun too.

The colonial, new England feel to the house was very special , it made it feel extra relaxing and the location of the pool excellent...We couldnt keep our then 4 year old Max out of it!

As usual , the staff were great and we just cannot recommend Tree Tops too highly.

I just hope we can get in again!

Nice private home

Treetops is a lovely home, and Simon and Sarah were wonderful to work with. The home is very private but gives a family, communal feel because of its layout. The kitchen is spacious, and we loved the private pool. Located at the end of a deadend street, it is still within a very close distance to the beach and a beach side bar and within a 10 minute drive to the supermarket and tons of restaurants. There is no internet service or laundry facilities, but if you can live without those, this is a wonderful rental.

Tropical island above and below sea level

Review Submitted: April 2, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
Perfect location.....gentle stroll to the beach for a walk and paddle in the mornings or for a cocktail in the evenings and peace and solitude when you want it.

The quality of villa, its furnishing and cleanliness are excellent with entertainment provided by the monkeys over breakfast.

Folkestone Marine Centre on the West Coast was the best reef for snorkelling and had a pleasant beach with facilties.

Treetops is the perfect place to stay on a magical island. It is set far enough back from the coast road to allow for complete quiet and privacy and yet only a pleasant 5 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the West coast.
The accommodation is of a very high standard although we didn't have cause to use the lovely sitting room as we had breakast on the back deck being entertained by the monkeys.and evening barbecues on the terrace. The pool was a very much appreciated asset.

We stayed at treetops in Jan 08 and are looking forward to our booking of Jan 09. Our kids (now 2.5 and 5) talk about barbados all the time and their wonderful stay at treetops. The house is wonderfully located and caters for all requirements exquisitely. We cant wait to go back.

What a glorious week

Maynris Surrey, England
Review Submitted: November 10, 2008 Date of Stay: November 2008
We loved this house. It is such an easy place to stay. The house itself is bright and comfortable with a lovely modern kitchen. The pool is divine and of the most perfect temperature for cooling down from the lovely hot sun. Each morning we would have our breakfast out on the verandah and wait for the monkeys to come and say hello, and rarely did they disappoint us by their absence. Mullins Beach is just a 5 minute walk down the road with a pretty and safe beach with loungers and parasols and watersports, or if you want a quieter spot you can amble round the corner onto Gibbes Beach. We hired a mini moke from Stoutes who were great. Delivered it to the house at the specified time, provided the local driving licences and then let us drive it back to the airport therefore saving a taxi fare. There are so many beaches and places to explore a week wasn't nearly long enough but there's always next time and we hope that won't be too long. All in all we had the most perfect and relaxing week.

A fantastic holiday!

A fantastic holiday!

As a family with two young children (5 years old and 18 months) who never truly embraced the local time, we enjoyed daily early visits to the beach, just a short distance from the villa. This beautiful beach was usually almost deserted until late morning (and even then certainly not busy!) We often ate at Mullins Bar restaurant, which catered well for younger guests. Evening meals would be enjoyed back at the villa after visiting a local fish market to pick up wonderfully fresh fish.

This gorgeous villa was well maintained and well appointed and the pool was a welcome retreat during hot afternoons.

We enjoyed a boat trip where we swam with turtles and had an colourful experience at the festival held in Bridgetown at the beginning of August. The yellow reggae buses were great fun and we used them to visit local towns.

Sarah and Simon provided us with very detailed information regarding the local area including good places to eat. We particularly enjoyed The Fisherman's Pub in Speightstown.

We loved this holiday so much that in fact we have already booked up for next year - plenty more to explore and enjoy!

Fantastic house in a lovely location

Review Submitted: July 31, 2008 Date of Stay: April 2008
Treetops is a wonderful house with a fantastic pool. The villa is beautiful with lovely sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Noella and Andrew were very friendly and always kept the house very clean. It was always a delight to return to after a day of snorkelling. The garden was full of beautiful flowers and humming birds.

The swimming pool was excellent. We have 4 children (aged 2-6) and the pool was just right for them. It is shallow at one end but lovely and deep at the other, but best of all it has a shelf in the water running all the way around the edge of the pool so that the children could stand up and catch their breath. The villa is in a lovely quiet location, and yet it is only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and the main bus route.

We didn't have a car and got around on the buses which were cheap and very regular. Go for the yellow "Reggae" buses - they have so much more character and we found the people using them very kind and friendly.

If we return to Barbados we will definitely stay at Treetops again and we would highly recommend it.
