Excellent petit cottage, très cosy et impeccablement tenu. Tout confort fonctionnel et prêt à vivre. Environnement de qualité entre colline boisée, marais et mer.
Charme et qualité de vie typiquement anglais. Egalement idéal pour les amateurs de brocante ( à Hythe, et Rye notamment). A choisir sans réserve.

If you're looking for a relaxing break with all the mod cons, then this is a great place to stay. Village centre is 20 mins walk away and has shops, bakery, butcher and post office.

Cottage is spotless, warm and inviting. It has everything you need, is extremely well presented. David and Gilly are extremely hospitable and helpful.

We would definately recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway in the gorgeous Kent countryside.

This is a really nice place to stay. We have stayed twice now and would not hesitate to go back again.

It is a home away from home with everything you need. David & Gilly are very freindly and welcoming.

We have to children age 8 & 2 and they love it there. There was plenty of room for a family of 4.

My wife and I spent a lovely week at the beginning of November, 2008 at Peacock Studio. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us and is really designed for one couple but could easily have accommodated another couple or two children. The setting was quiet with a country atmosphere but close to shopping and other attractions. The owners, David and Gilly, were very helpful and very friendly. The Studio was in excellent shape and very clean. Being in a central location, visiting in the area was a short drive to most attractions. At the same time, if a couple are looking for a quiet retreat, we can highly recommend Peacock Studio. The studio was well equipped and very comfortable. The heating units kept the studio very warm despite some cool nights. Two happy Canadians - Joan and Richard

A little paradise in the quiet of the rural country just the place we're looking for. Right start point for exploring coastal attractions s.a. Brighton, Leeds, Windsor, Dover. Property very clean end well maintened-idilliac garden. Gill and Dave, the owners, very kind and gentile, with children too. We recomend warmly.

Peacok studio is a dream place .It is so peaceful and so cosy that you cannot but feel right and serene .

Gill and David are extraordinary people . They make you feel so very much at home that you immediately relax to enjoy everything that beautiful region has to offer .

Of course, the studio is perfectly maintained and very tastefully decorated .

After visiting the peacock studio we have returned year after year. It is in a wonderful location for exploring Kent, clean, well maintained and extremely comfortable. David and Gill are very friendly. The surroundings/gardens are very beautiful. Ideal for exploring coastal and inland attractions ie Port Lympne Zoo, Dover Castle, Battle of Britain Museum and the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Steam Railway. It also ideal for bird watching, cycling and walking. We thoroughly recommend a visit.
