Reviews of Property: Stunning lake-view Florida pool villa in gated community

An excellent place for a large family - and everybody had enough privacy. My sprouse and I with 2 boys (10 and 15 years) met my son (24) with his girlfriend and spent 11 wonderful days in early September. Once again we went into theme parks, to Kennedy space centre, had a swim with dolphins and even to the Atlantic coast it took us only one hour. As I have been in Orlando for several times, I focused on a perfect situated large house with pool and nature. And indeed: That it is. Within 20 minutes you reach the main attractions with never heavy traffic.
Everything was very well maintained, excellent clean and the service was really perfect: even the first breakfast with everything was already in the fidge. And all the necessary things for kids (a 100 DVDs, PC with internet and a large room to play. And a stunning lake-view. And in the evening everybody waited till our personal young alligator (snappy) came along down in the lake to take his lessons in German. And in a hot September the pool was a must for everybody!
Guess we will be back when we visit Orlando again.

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit to Florida. We rented this holiday home for 6 nights, it was very clean, cozy, had plenty of room and with all the amenities of home. Pool area was so peaceful and quite. Beautiful area and lots of theme parks just 10 -15 minutes away. I recommend this holiday house for families or even couples just wanting a relaxing holiday. Party of 3 stayed here mid september. What can i say, i couldnt get over the size and space of this lovely villa. All main areas open plan with large kitchen dinner and living area where you could sit and watch all that was going on in the pool and fabulous lake. Alli the gator came to see us most days he was fun!! To be in the pool and have an alligator so close was really good. Brilliant games room where we enjoyed many games of pool (which i mostly lost...) The Villa is in excellent condition very clean and tidy and in a great location. Walmart just down the road. Visit Applebees restaurant most nights. Really nice food at a good price. Most parks within a 10-15 min car journey which is good, not to close but not to far from the fun. Had a slight problem with the blinds in the living room, rang the property managment company and they sorted it out within and hour so no complains there. Free international calls and internet are a welcome bonus. All in all a great place to stay while you holiday in florida.

My fiance and I and our 3 children (10yrs and 2 11yrs) have just returned from this beautiful villa. It is gorgeous inside and out! We lay by the pool or in the jacuzzi watching the sun come up and go down, over a lovely lake. The baby alligator paid us a visit too, but nothing to be scared of, it cant get in the villa!

The villa was so comfortable and very clean and the games room and internet went down a treat with our kids. They asked everyday whilst at the parks "can we go back to the villa now"!

My fiance has been to villa's in the US 4 times and this was by far the best villa he has been in. We will definately return to it and are recommending it to everyone!

Its about 20mins straight road driving to most parks and it was heaven coming back to it after the heat and queuing.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed at the above property for 2 weeks in May/June 09. The accommodation was absolutely superb,very large, well laid out, nice homely touches, floral displays etc, lots of privacy inside, and out.
Setting just perfect right at the lake side,
A welcome quiet relaxing place after a hectic Disney day.
The quiet, safe,gated community,was very reassuring
Mrs Kendall, the owner was extremely nice ,supplied all the information etc,so making driving, entry etc.very easy.
We would recommend this Villa very very highly.

After staying in vacation homes in Florida for several times, we've seen many villas - but there was no one like this.

The home is fully equipped (pool, gameroom, pc, etc.) and lovely arranged. Staying "at home" and enjoying the day was always an option instead of visiting the parks - a very difficult decision day by day.

We appreciated the welcome basket so much, even because of the coffee! Against all the other we tried earlier - this one tastes really good :-)

Finally there only one thing to say: simply great!

We´ve had a really great time in this house! This place was perfect for us (64 and 66 years old grandparents) and three of our grandkids (6 and 12 years old) enjoyed our familyholidays very much! All Orlandoattractions are nearby but also the quiet nature around the house (alligators, birds a.s.o.) made the time a good one!! For the kids the pool and the gameroom was great, too! This is an excellent rental home and is very nicely appointed. Everthying we needed during our stay was available at the home and worked as advertised. The pool and spa were well maintained and properly heated. The pond behind the property makes for a very private setting and is teeming with a variety of wildlife. The home is in a nice area close to the airport but far enough away from the major tourist attractions that you avoid a lot of the traffic areas, yet are still only 15-20 minutes from all the fun. Plenty of nearby shopping and restruants. Our entire party was very pleased with this villa and would not hesitate to rent for future vacations. We will recommend this property to friends and relatives.
