Reviews of Property: San Juan de Capistrano Pueblo Villa with panoramic views

The apartment was lovely, set away from the road with a very private outlook, we spent most of our time just sitting out on the balcony enjoying the sun and the wonderful view out over Nerja and accross the sea, beautiful!
The pool was very nice again with lovely views across the sea and the mountains behind.
Plenty to do in the town itself with a regular and reliable bus from just down the road,and a lovely beach close by.
A lovely holiday in a charming position.

We had a great holiday here the kids are still talking about it! The apartment was very well equipped and centrally located without too many steps. It was also just a short walk from the big and very clean swimming pool. The view was fantastic from the terrace.The cafes round the pool were very child friendly and good value too. Don't forget Burriana Beach - we nearly did and it's super! The snorkelling was also terrfic. Ted and Anne were super helpful too - highly recommended!

This was our second visit to this charming villa and our fourth to the town of Nerja. Would definitely recommend both and we will certainly be returning again. Villa has all the facilities you would expect from home coupled with a lovely terrace to enjoy the views and sunshine.

When we arrived at this apartment we were thrilled with it in so many ways - cleanliness, comfort, very well equipped and most of all a wonderfully large and private terrace. The view from the terrace was just lovely and it was always so peaceful at any time of the day. We had young children so didnt venture much into the town, enjoyed spending most days at the pool which was lovely, clean and not too busy either. What we particularly liked were the landscaped gardens which were lovely to walk down through and up to the pool. The garden in this property is lovely and mature with lots of colour when we went, very pretty.
We really feel this apartment has been a gem to find and will certainly be recommending it to our friends.
The owners were very helpful and offered lots of advice on child friendly places to visit. We cant fault this property in any way! Thanks for letting us spend a fantastic holiday in your property, we will be back!

We stayed with our 6 month old son from 09. may to 19 may 2009 in this appartment and liked it very much. The appartment is one of the best equipped we have been to so far. Even a cot and a buggy were available. The appartment itself is located in a very nice and well maintained area with large pool, restaurants and supermarket within short distance. We recommend having a car with you to reach the old part of Nerja and the beaches. The contact to the owners (Anne and Ted) was very friendly.

"We have just returned to the UK, having spent three delightfully restful winter months at this apartment in Capistrano. OK, so the weather was not as brilliant as it has been for the past three years, but that was not the Owners' fault - they, thank heavens have equipped the apartment with heaters in every room and, most comforting of all, a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Normally, these particular items would not feature in anyone's list of must-haves when spending a holiday in Spain during the summer months, but from a long stayer's point of view, it was a God-send.

The apartment is extremely well situated (not too many steps) and equipped. It also boasts a magnificent view from the terrace, which made sitting in the sunshine and reading, breakfasting and entertaining a joy

We stayed in Aug. 2009 in the appartment. We were perfectly satisfied about the rooms, equipments and the panoramic view.
The communication with the owners was fantastic. Also the process of the reservation was absolutly profesional.

Having been three times now, we would be happy to recommend this property to anyone wanting a well -equiped, well sited base to tour the Nerja area.
Only ten minutes from central Nerja where there are lots of nice places to eat, as well the usual shops.
