Thank you sooo much!!

we´ve been there in summer 2009. you can really say, that it´s perfect. no wishes were open, near subway, near central park and very owesome. we´ve been four persons and had place enough. george and georgia, the owners, are so friendly and have tips for erverything worth to know about big apple. thank you so much for all my dears. next time in new york we will definetely stay at your appartment again.

The apartment is great! You've got everything you need (washing machine, tumbler etc.), it is very clean and beautifully furnished. Last but not least you get what you pay for.
The apartment is located near different subway lines, which are reachable within walking distance. The hosts Georgia and George are very nice and helpful!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, und bestimmt nicht das letze Mal :)Wie auch beim ersten Aufenthalt hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Einfach Super! Vielen Dank nochmal an Georgia und Georg für die tolle Organisation und die sehr nette Betreuung vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir kommen wieder!

We stayd with 3 adult in the 1 bedroomappartment. Appartment is exactly as on the pictures. Nice, clean and very comfortable appartment and in a very nice and save neighbourhood close to Central Park. Only 5 minutes or 2 stops by express train to Midtown (Times Square).

Wir waren zu 3. im 2 Zimmer Apartment und die Beschreibung und Bilder passen sehr genau.
Es ist sehr nett eingerichtet und sauber.
Die Übergabe bei Ankunft/Abreise hat super geklappt und auch sonst waren George und Georgia sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und die Reaktionszeit bei Anfragen war super kurz. Man hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und auch sonst sind Geschäfte, Banken, Bars, Restaurants in der Nähe.
Wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt und können das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles und wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

i appreciated our whole familystay,
the staying area is great, comfortable
the rooms are simple, but very good beds, good baths, even if one room has no window, it doesn't bother.
i like cooking, this is the only point which could be ameliorated, a little bit more kitchen ware, a frying pan for example, scissors I couln't find,
but there is a great chinese take away just on the corner (red star).
We really appreciated to stay in Harlem, with this nice neighbourhood, which still has kept its specificity, but even there you will find the same shops than every where in the world, good subway and metro facilities, but take care of your credit card, 5 days after our return, i got a call from my bank that mine had been copied, don't know where, but as they were very attentive, there was no real problem.
All in all a great stay, and we would definitely come back

We stayed in 3br apartment for a week in April and it was perfect.It was exactly what we wanted,spacious for 7 people,clean and well equiped.We loved being part of a neighbourhood(even just for a week) and not just like tourists in a hotel room.Goerge was really helpfull and kind,being there for whatever we needed.The apartment is well situated,near the subway and you get to the heart of the city in ten minutes.
Thank you George,if we go back to New York we'll surely repeat.
