Loved it!!!

My family and I really enjoyed the flat and highly recommend it for future trips. Great location, near the tube, supermarket, and street market. Johnny was great to work with from beginning to end--very prompt and professional. My only concern would be that this would be a tight squeeze for 6 adults, but with children willing to sleep on the sofas it was just fine. Loved the patio area and all of the other amenities. Really comfortable beds!

Easy access to everything in London.
Nice appartment, and lot of usebul help and information from the owner prior to the stay - about travelling and things in the area.
Lots of shopping opportunities close by. I had to bay a new and bigger suitcase for my travell home.

A Great Good Value Location in London

We had an excellent 3 night stay at the apartment. It is in a great location for exploring London as very convenient to public transport. Also no shortage of restaurants, shops etc within walking distance.

The initial impression of the apartment was a slight disappointment as entry via the stairs was a bit dirty. The bathroom could also be updated. The main bedroom was a good size and the second bedroom a reasonable size. The kitchen and lounges are adequate size. The longer we stayed the more we enjoyed the apartment and location. It is not 5 star but I think it represents very good value for money. Ideal for 2 -4 persons (there were 3 of us).

Dealing with the owner (Jonny) was a pleasure and he was most helpful before and during our stay. He was also very prompt in returning the bond monies.

Excellent place to stay to visit London

My group was 3 adults and 2 children and Jonny has agreed that the put-u-up is not really suitable for elderly people and hopes to take that comment on board. He is a very reasonable man and has obviously furnished the appartment tastefully and with good services. We cooked in, thanks to the ample kitchen equipment. Of course a London suburb is noisy but the double glazing shuts it out. The WiFi was a plus. It was completely clean and we thought it was friendly to find other people's remaining products. Why not? We also left some. There were full details in a folder and many tourist leaflets of interest. Goldhawk Road and Shepherds Bush stations facilitate different lines on the Tube and the 94 and 148 buses are good for getting into Town. We didn't have enough time to go Hammersmith way. It was an excellent base for visiting London and surely the shops, markets and restaurants around are much cheaper than the centre. Westfield Centre is amazing and so close.

We had a great time at this apartment for the 4 nights we were there. As other reviewers have written, it is very well placed for getting around London as we found. The area itself is very nice indeed; with a market, Cinemas, a park, restaurants and tube stations just 5 mins walk away.

The owner was very accommodating and waited to hand us the keys even when we turned up late.

The apartment was just as good as it was described, clean and ready to use with Fresh towels waiting on our beds.

There was room enough for all 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids) although our son slept in the living room (which he said was rather comfy).

A slight downside to the apartment was the stairwell, which could do with a bit more positive ambience, but it didn't spoil our visit.

I would certainly recommend this apartment to a friend, and imagine that we will be staying there again at some point in the future.

This apartment was great for what we needed. The pictures do not give it justice. Although the building the flat is situated in is quite dated the apartment was very modern and very cosy. The area of Shephards bush was great for food, cinema and easy access into city centre. I would highly recommend this apartment to any of my friends. The communication with the landlord was excellent and very prompt answering all of our queries. Overall a brilliant holiday rental!!Thank you Jonny.

We did enjoy our stay at the apartment, only criticism would be not really accommodation for 6 adults, 2 of our party slept on foldout sofa/bed and the couch!! Otherwise it was really good, everything advert said, bus at door to Hammersmith and beyond, 2 tube stations closeby, lots of pubs, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately use it again.

Review of Guest in November, 2008

Mr. VIncent was absolutely accurate as regards the layout, location and facilities at the flat. The flat was clean and well maintained and Jonny was very helpful in getting us the keys to the unit on the day we arrived. Jonny stayed in contact with us and was available to answer any questions we had.
-----------
The Wi-Fi unit was great. The kitchen worked for our family's Thanksgiving Dinner together. The exterior of the apartment complex is a little seedy, and the elevator is not very prompt, but we always walked the two floors to the flat, so the elevator was not a problem.
----------
The location of the flat is excellent. There are numerous cafes and restaurants and pubs nearby. There are two Tube Lines within five minutes of the unit. Shepherd's Bush market is great. The Green is quite nice. Hammersmith is only a 20 minute walk away. The Olympia Convention Center is about 15 minutes away by foot. Notting Hill is only a bit farther, but the two Subway Lines which are close by allows easy access to London.
----------
I would recommend this Flat to any traveler. The Landlord could not have been more helpful and kind.
