Reviews of Property: Summary of Kaminia Villas 1 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4

We stayed here for two weeks in August with our two daughters aged 19 and 16 and our friends who have similar aged children. It is a perfect holiday location for getting away from it all and relaxing without being too far away from local amenities and the beach. The villa itself was very well-equipped and clean - I have never slept so well on holiday! Sai, the owner could not do enough for us and was always on hand for help and advice. I must recommend his boat - trip to Turtle Island. The gardens are very well - kept and the perfect place for relaxing; we spent many an evening sitting with a drink into the early hours. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Zante and we hope to return ourselves one day.

My husband and I, our three children (ages 14, 9 and 6), and my 80 year old father stayed in Villa 2. The photos of the location on the web site do not give it credit - it is a little oasis of peace and beauty! We all loved the immaculate pool and pleasing gardens. The air-conditioning in the villa was very welcome as were the tasteful insect screens/doors - we were mozzie-free all week! The villa was clean, modern and comfortable. Sai, our host, was polite, welcoming and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.

Kaminia Villas is set in a beautiful location surrounded by olive groves, and yet is only a few minutes drive from a wonderful bakery, quiet local beach and a little further on, the the local village for post office, pharmacy and taverna. It is also well positioned for exploring much of the island by car.

We would heartily recommend a holiday there and we would love to return again.

We returned from Zakynthos on 23rd August having had a lovely week at Villa Kaminia. The villa is perfect for a family of 4 in search of an extremely comfortable base from which to tour the island or just stay around the pool relaxing in the private gardens which surround the villas. The villa is perfectly situated in easy driving access to beaches, shops and a number of tavernas.

Sai, the owner, is a really lovely man who is keen for everyone to enjoy their stay at the villa and on the island. His "local" knowlege is excellent and his hospitality (including the olive oil) was much appreciated and very welcome.

The villa itself is extremely well equipped with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and very welcome air conditioning.

We would definitely recommend a stay at this villa and would love to return should we find ourselves in Zakynthos again.

What a wonderful place to stay for your holiday-It was absolutely perfect—the gardens to the swimming pool to the beautiful villa we just could not fault it, it is private and secluded, but only a 10 minute drive to shops and beaches. The villa was immaculately kept with all mod. Cons. and everything you would need for your stay and what a fantastic guy Sai is, so helpful and knowledgeable about the island, he will point you in the right direction for anything you need or want to see. We had a great trip out on his boat to go around the caves and Turtle Island , and we snorkeled with wild Turtles from a beach recommended by Sai.
All in all Brilliant, you would be hard pushed to better it, will love to go again.
