Great Paris apartment

It is a very good choice ! for the location but also for the design !

We had a great time at this apartment, it was the first time we've stayed in one in Paris and was far better than a hotel room. Located in a very central location and close proximity for walking to many of the sites Paris has to offer. We would recomend it and would stay there again. If you do need to use the sofa bed in the lounge room, it can be a mission to open and fold away.

Was everything that was said to have in advertisement. Very comfortable for a family of four. Best sofa lounge to sleep 2 very easily.
Great location and easy to get anywhere in Paris for first time visitors. Very helpful owners in all ways and and easily contactable if needed.
A wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Hope to return one day soon. Thanks fred and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment is very well located, and accomodated the 4 of us. It was handy to have the kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, etc provided. It was great to have wonderful bakeries and grocers, open air markets, nightlife and the like so close by. The negative with that however, was that the apartment was noisier than we had hoped. The lively bars on the street made for loud nights- which is really the only negative I can say regarding our experience. Do also be prepared for a lot of steps with your luggage! But then the view of the street makes that worth it.
The apartment was clean and organized. The assistants who greeted us were extremely pleasant and helpful. The owner was gracious in dealing with us in obtaining the apartment. It was really a very easy way to go.
It was incredible to walk to the Louvre, the Seine, etc. Although the metro was easy to use, you can pretty much walk to everywhere from this apartment. We used the metro for Montemarte (well worth it) and the train to Versailles, but otherwise walked everywhere including the Garnier Opera House for the ballet. Absolutely wonderful.

Great apartament to be in. Very well decorated and the right space for a couple or a family of four. The Louvre, Ponpidou, Notre Dame, Gallerie Lafayette and many other places are within a walking distance. The Metro is around the corner. Great places to eat down the street with a bakery, fruit stand and groceries less than 100 yards away. Highly recommend to anybody that wants to visit Paris and avoid some of the touristy hotels.

L'appartement correspondait tout à fait à la description et aux photos que nous avions vues sur le site internet. Il était propre et très bien équipé. Très bien situé, nous avions accès à distance de marche à la majorité des sites touristiques de Paris. Nous avons trouvé dans les rues avoisinantes des boutiques, bistrots, épiceries, etc.. Nous n'hésiterions pas à recommander cet appartement à des parents et des amis. Nous avons eu un séjour magnifique.
