Reviews of Property: Gem of the Cote d'Azur!! Gorgeous studio flat in the center of Beaulieu sur mer

This little studio in Beaulieu is a perfect holiday rental. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, shopping, all transportation and services in the heart of this sweet village. The owner has lovingly furnished this studio in the best of taste and there is absolutely nothing lacking even for the most discriminating traveler. The kitchen has been furnished with care and stocked with excellent appliances, lovely china, glassware and silver.
There is sufficient storage in the beautifully designed bathroom with its superb shower and luxurious bath towels. A flat screen TV and DVD player provide more than sufficient entertainment. And then there is the lovely, very private little patio with a table that seats 4 persons and a small sofa. An awning provides shade during the afternoon sun. It's a great place for dining, drinking or just relaxing. The studio overlooks a garden area in a well maintained buiding. An added plus are the delicious dinners at Les Agaves, a 3 minute walk away.

This is a spacious and well designed studio appartment with excellent and well equipped kitchen area and beautifully fitted bathroom. The lounge area is very relaxing with superb flat screen TV and a very useful writing desk so don't forget your laptop as there is also free WIFI.

We also particularly liked the way that French windows from the kitchen and lounge areas led out onto a pretty terrace ideal for al fresco dining.

Great location too just a few minutes walk from all local amenities.

This is our second visit to Beaulieu sur Mer and we will definitely go back. Beautiful scenery and a lovely large village atmosphere with exclusive shops, great food shops and daily fruit and vegetable market not to be missed! And of course some fabulous restaurants including Les Agaves.

Simply lovely! We found everything we were searching for. The studio is situated in a wonderful context. The building is quiet and well-maintained as well as the studio. All the furniture and equipment are new. Everything in the house is functional. We loved having breakfast and rest on the terrace. All shops and restaurants and beaches are near so closing the car in the garage was a fantastic experience. But the most important thing is that we met an extraordinary guest who made us feel like at home.
A special appreciation has to be done to the wonderful french cooking of Restaurant Les Agaves, to its friendly owners and staff.

18th Aug 2008. We spent 10 wonderful days of July in this studio. The property is stunning, lovingly decorated to the highest standard by its most sincere owner. It is situated in the centre of absolutely everything, joyous place. Les Agaves restaurant is michelin star standard! We would like to keep this studio all to ourselves!!

The studio flat is all it claims to be. Very well equiped, clean and tidy. We had really superb time , not wanting for anything. The lady who runs the place could not have been more charming and helpful yet in no way intrusive - just what one wants!

Make sure you use the Agave restaurant, just 3 minutes walk away. We had a really good meal and the steak tartar was the greatest:not to be missed.

The studio is also just 3 minutes from the railway station, shops, market etc and enjoys, whilst we were there, peace and tranquility.
