A Superb Rental

The description for this property is accurate in its listing accommodation, location & amenities. A superb rental.

The owners Phil & Caroline were welcoming and helpful, from initial communication via email through to their personal touches throughout.

The villa was clean, comfortable and homely, the décor was tasteful and in keeping with the tone and feel of a Spanish villa.

The Mediterranean garden was spectacular, with mature plants, trees and seating areas. The cacti put to shame my indoor collection back at home!

Although we did not use the pool (due to Spain having a drought until we arrived!) it was clean with adequate amenities i.e. outdoor shower, sunloungers, garden furniture & W.C. close by.

Overall the villa and garden had an aura to enable complete relaxation.

Terra Natura (Zoo) was five minutes drive and was a great children’s day out, however old they/we are!

Benidorm beach was busy, so we drove 30 minutes north to Calpe which had clean fine sand and was quiet.

Gualdelest 20 minute drive inland was pretty with quaint lanes and shops to buy gifts & souvenirs.

Overall this was a great first holiday for our two young sons, with no expectations and lots of sandcastles!

We intend to re-book the villa in the future and we would recommend this property to friends and family.

We like to offer a thank you to Phil & Caroline and our Best Wishes.

We have been goin g to spain for over thirty years and i have to say this was the most relaxing holiday we have had,From the apartment it self, the beautiful gardens with fruit trees, the b.b.q. area and of course the pool it self could not be faulted.I have to admit the first few days there i didnt want to move from the poolside it was so peaceful just to unwind and chill,my husband would sit in the shade under the walnut tree, and the youngsters went off to benidorm ,heaven!! It was different having the owners on site but Caroline and Phill were a louvly couple they gave you your privacy or were there if neededand we enjoyed a glass of wine with them on our last night.La nucia is a nice locatiion it has everything there you need supermarkets, some good restaurants, though the beach is s drive away if you dont have a car theres a taxi rank around the cornerand you dont have all the hustle and bustle of benidom,Along the coast is so many pretty towns to visit.I would say this holday has something for everybody of all ages and for all whatever kind of holiday you want it is there.I would and already have recommended this place to family and freinds,Like to say thank you to Caroline and Phill for sharing this louvly home and hope to see you next year.

Perfect Home from Home

My wife and I stayed at Los Acros Villa was everything we hoped it would be, Although Phil & Caroline who stay on the upper level of the Villa, you only see them if you need any help. The accomadation is comfortable and although kitchen is small it is well equipt. We were there for a week in June and the tempriture was in the late 80s, Excellent !!
The Villa is in a very quite area you do have to get a taxi if you are looking for entertainment near by. Although if you like chinese food we found a quiet Chinese Restaraunt
just round the corner, The food was excellent and extremely good value. " The portions are huge " and the service 1st class. All in all, my wife and I are considering returning to the Villa Los Arcos again this year. we would recomend it for enyone looking for a peacefull & tranquil holiday. I must say that the pool is ideal, Heated in the evening and well lit. Although the barbacue area is perfect we never got a chance to use it. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, and looking for a home from home you must try the Villa Los Arcos. See you both again soon. Love Gary & Mo. Edinburgh

Superb Holiday Rental Accommodation

Review Submitted: October 25, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
Everything we could wish for is here or close by and again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our 4th Visit to this Apartment and will defiantly be returning again. Caroline and Phil were there if we had any problems, full of information of places to go. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, with many different fruits to sample. Ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing quiet holiday with all amenities close by. Fantastic solar heated pool which was always clean and sun loungers provided to laze in the sun. Kitchen is not on the large side but is excellently equipped with all pots, pans & cutlery. Apartment A1 excellent clean and very homely. A Big Thank-you Once Again To Caroline & Phil.

la nucia garden apartment

this is a nice apartment. it is comfortable on the inside with most of what you need provided. outside has several areas; a covered naya, a bbq area, a garden with fruit trees and a swimmming pool. off street parking is also provided.

my wife and I find the whole place to be very restful.

the owners live upstairs and are very pleasant people. they keep well away so you can enjoy your prviacy.

getting around would be best achieved with a car rental - we used mastercarsdirect.co.uk collecting an on airport car without any problems.

getting in and out of Benidorm by taxi is easy and cheap although of an evening there is plenty of parking near the city centre.

all in a worthy holiday apartment - where we have stayed twice since 2007.

Great place to stay!

This is a very clean and spacious property. The pool and gardens are a lovely place to relax and the BBQ area is fantastic. It is as pretty as it looks in the photos on the website, with delicious fresh fruit in the garden.

The area is nice, with a supermarket five minutes walk away, and a larger one about fifteen minutes walk away. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance. It is also a good base for exploring the area by car.

The kitchen is small, but functional, as is the bathroom (shower only).

The bedrooms are a good size and there are black out blinds on all the windows. The only down side was the beds in the double room, these were two singles pushed together, and generally weren't very comfortable (especially with the plastic matress protectors under the sheets).

Phil and Caroline were excellent hosts. They were happy to answer any questions and give advise.

A lovely place

This is a lovely house with an even lovelier garden. It has all the facilities you need, is very well maintained and caters for all types of holidaymaker.

The owners are very kind, helpful and welcoming.

The house is situated in a very peaceful area so if you want a quiet, relaxing time then this is the ideal place. However within 5 minutes you can reach the main coastal road which takes you to all the towns/villages north and south of Alicante. So if you wish to visit anywhere on the coast or any place inland they are all very accessible.

If you require a lively, more active holiday Benidorm is less than 10 minutes away by car.

I have no reservations in recommending this house - you'll enjoy it without any doubt.
