Reviews of Property: Newly refurbished 2 bedroom town house with 2 terraces, sleeps 6.

We have just returned after a fabulous week at this townhouse. The facilities are brilliant and we were made to feel very welcome by Alan.
The house is in a lovely spot near to everything. Would definitely recommend this. Thank you. We will be back next year.

my wife and i cannot speak to highly of this property everything was as described central to everything no car required carol and gavin are extremely helpful and allan and dianne in malaga are just a phone call if in the unlikely event something goes wrong very nice people we would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone circumstances permitting we shall be returning next year

Just returned from 2 lovely weeks of winter sunshine in this lovely home from home.
We are a couple with a small child who do not normally "do" beach holidays..so were a bit apprehensive about trying a touristy area..but I can say this was a wonderful,quiet little place..particularly at this time of the year..plenty of bars, restaurants,shops etc but no noisy music here..
The house was perfect for our needs and was in a fantastic location..My husband counted 50 paces from the beach..it was in a lovely traditional complex that was very quiet and also very clean and well maintained.
The house itself had all mod cons..washing machine,dish washer etc..
It was very clean ,comfortable and obviously well maintained and all the fittings were of very good quality.The sun terraces were an added bonus with the upper terrace getting the sun for a few hours in the afternoon which saved another walk to the beach.
The only negative comment I have is that the 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds in what is really a small twin sized room so very very cramped.We all ended up with bruises after trying to negotiate our daughter in out of bed etc..It would be really cramped with 2 people in it never mind 4.but this aside it really is a great house in a superb location and I would certainly not hesitate in recommending it and hopefully I will visit again.
Also the pick up service from the airport is ideal and a stress free way of getting to the house.

Just back from a great weeks stay in this apartment. Alan helpfully picked us up from the Airport as arranged and also arranged for a taxi to take us to airport on last day which was great! , thanks Alan. Apartment was lovely and clean on arrival. Kitchen well equipped and extra toilet was very helpful. Apartment is very nice and great location for beach, shops and restaraunts yet peaceful at night. We felt very safe with locked gates for each entrance and shutter blinds on all windows. Handy having cashline right outside door too. Def recommend this to friends, already have done. My husband and I have just returned home and we both wanted to say what a wonderful time we have had. Definately home from home. Great location, everything on your doorstep, very secure.
Allan collected us from the airport and took us back, he was extremely helpful. Have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, it was very well furnished and there was plenty of storage. Will hopefully return next year. Our favourite restaurants were El Levante and Bar Playa, Antonio y Jaime on the beachfront do great tapas at lunch.

My husband and I have just returned from a week's stay at this property. We would definitely recommend it as it was very secure, very clean and very convenient, being located right in the centre of things. It had everything you could need for a self-catering holiday but was also only a minute or two away from some good restaurants.

We were also put in touch with Alan who collected us from and took us back to the airport. Alan was very helpful as he handed us the keys and showed us round the property and gave us a few good tips about the area. It took away any worry about having to find a cab, etc. We are hoping to stay again next year.

Stayed here for 16 nights and this property exceeded our expectations.

Condition - Very clean. All items, utensils and furniture were in a very good state of repair. Per a previous reference to rust and scratches we purchased a wooden spoon for the cooking to avoid scratching the pots and pans.

There are laminated notes and instructions for anything of importance with contact numbers for the people one may need to get in touch with for what ever reason.

On one occasion I had to make such a call and the service provided by Allan and his follow up to get clarification on something was exceptional.

Location - can't stress enough the proximity of this property to virtually everything you would require, beach, shops, restaurants, taxi, bus, train, Sol supermarket. However I would question the accuracy of previous statements that a 10 min stroll would take you into either Torremolinos or Benalmadena. To the centre of either it's probably closer to 20-25 mins walk.

Facilities/Appliances - everything one could need to feel at home.

Safety - Extremely safe and secure. Also relatively quiet with little to no street noise. Of course any place is only as quiet as the neighbours one has....

Complaints really should be the last resort because this is a well maintained and managed property.
