Reviews of Property: 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, large private pool near beach. Sun trap pool area

We stayed in the villa in August 2009. In total there were four adults, and four children under the age of 6 and the sun did not stop shinning.

We had a fantastic time and only wish we had booked two weeks instead of the one. The villa itself is set over three levels. The two bedrooms on the bottom level became the kids bedrooms. They had their own bathroom and the bedrroms are both air conditioned which we credit a few extra hours sleep to. It also meant that the kids could not get out of the villa without our say so. The two bedrooms on the middle floor have plenty of storage and again have fantastic air conditioning. One bedroom opens onto the pool are and the other has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a great sized family bathroom on this level. The top floor kitchen and living area are a great size with plenty of room for everyone.

We spent most of our time in the outdoor areas. There was always a shady spot to escape the sun if you wanted. The main eating area is fantastic and well equiped with short access to the kitchen and a great BBQ. The whole property is well equiped and the washing machine is a God send.

The swimming pool is fantastic. My 4 year old is now swimming without armbands and this was the jewel in the crown. We ventured to the beach opposite a few times. It is a lovely spot, really clean and clear water. We didnt eat out much, choosing instead to stay in and eat but Nerja itself is only a 5 min drive away and has the best ice cream.

We hope to return at some point soon.

This was an excellent house and area! Perfect for families with children, but also for anyone else. The house had everything we needed:) The owner is very service minded adn helpful with details and information.

Nerja town is romantic and fun with great atmospfere. A car is needed.

8 ladies all had a fabulous time in this villa. There was plenty of room and everything was clean and well looked after. The situation is good, but you do need a car. It is right opposite a beach and a restaurant (both good) and the villa is not overlooked so you feel you have some privacy. The owner was really helpful. More towels and bath mats would be good, also one of the showers was difficult to hang on the wall but we managed v well. All had a good time!

Just got back from a week at the villa for 6 of us and all had a really good time.
The owner was very helpful with directions/supermarkets etc before we left and even sent us maps with details on!
The villa is very spacious inside with lots of outside areas to sit at. There is always somewhere to find shade on the really hot days too!
It isnt overlooked and to the side are hills with lovely views over the sea.
Both the bars on the beach are within walking distance and the town is about a 5 minute drive.
The villa itself is very clean and really comfortable with the living accomodation on the top floor as you enter the villa and then two lower floors with two bedrooms on each floor.
We hired two cars at the airport and had no problems finding the place. The cars were really useful as there are so many places to visit up in the hills.
We had a lovely time and plan to go back next year. Thanks!

The best advantage was the privacy and the pool. And it was also short walking distance to the beach. It was a quiet location, and the roomplan with bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor, made it perfect for 2 families to share.
Everything worked (except the microwawe for those who need one....) and the house was clean on arrival.
We had a small problem with the pool pump, but everything was fixed very quickly and professional.

The town of Nerja is just 5 minutes away, and it is a small and quiet place and perfect for an evening walk.

The small beach below the house has a very nice beach bar, VERY simple and rustique.

We would definitly recommend this property to others!
