Sun & Fun

We live in Colorado but have grandchildren in Florida. We decided to leave Colorado for the month of January and enjoy warmer climes and have weekends with our son and his family in Boynton Beach. It was a wise choice, but the proverbial "icing on the cake" was our decision to rent a condo from PoshPads. The condo was immaculate, and most comfortable. Gary took care of our every need. Any minor fixing up was promptly resolved. The condo location was ideal with a spectacular shopping mall and a superb variety of restaurants nearby. Although there was a fully equipped kitchen, we nevertheless took advantage of the many excellent eating choices nearby. The beaches are pristine in this part of Florida and only a short drive away. We seldom missed a day during our month stay taking long strolls for exercise and enjoyment. My daughter, her husband, and teenage daughter stayed with us for 5 days. They were as enthralled with our accommodations, location, and fun things to do as we hoped they would be. All in all, we were very pleased with PoshPads truthful depiction of this "paradise in the sun." We also discovered how wonderful people can be when we met Gary and some of his crew.

Three generations (grandparents, parents and teenage son) all enjoyed their stay in this condo. We found it beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The grounds are quiet and well maintained with an excellent pool and exercise facility. Many of the comforts of home - plus just a walk for groceries. Also close to many stores and restaurants. Plus Gary was extremely kind and helpful to us.

We travel to Palm beach Gardens at least 2x a year to visit relatives and have stayed in both hotel/motel and condos reted by owners.
This property is by far the nicest condo we have rented - beautifully decorated, beds very comfortable, lots of linens and towels, kitcdhen appliances, dishes, pots/pans new and in excellent condition.
Really a treat to stay here, we loved it and hope to have the good fortune to stay here again (also very quiet)
Gary and Kaylyn were very pleasant, welcoming and easy to work with. Particularly appreciated the info packet provided describing local attractions, shopping and places to eat.

We all have really enjoyed our holidays in a POSHPADZ ! The condo we stayed in ( Seaside Escape) was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and it had everything we could have ever hoped to have during our stay( it was our first time ever in Florida and our first time in a private rental...so we were a bit nervous....We loved it!). The location is excellent, great shopping and the most lovely beaches we have seen! Kaylyn & Gary, thank you so much for all your help and personal assistance. We will definitely choose POSHPADZ again and would recommend you to everyone!

I am a Jr High Principal, who enjoys a quiet, relaxing, peaceful, private location with great furnishings and decorations---Seaside Escape HAD IT ALL!! The attention to special details was wonderful and the location allowed access to all activities in the Palm Beach area----beaches, baseball, golf, restaurants, shops all close by. Beautiful landscaping on the grounds too.

It is not offen that tou can find a vacation property surpasses your expectations and this one 'DID IT'. We, my then boyfriend and I want to have some time away from the never-ending cold, in March 08. Well, he found the property, to surprise me, off we went. Needless to say it was 2 Di For! As we pulled into the grounds I was in La La Land that he could have chosen such a beautiful setting, on his own, with all the amenities I enjoyed. I should have known he was up to something. The interior of the condo was so Luxurious, he even arranged to have my favourite flowers there, well I have to tell you, it worked because he asked me to marry him that first evening. The rest of the week was fabulous too but I wanted to share this 2 Di For event, OH I said YES! We have decided to marry in May 09', and will be back before then because I'm sure I'll need another Vacation.....

This is a fabulous condo ! Really clean, tastefully decorated - could totally relax here. The bed is sooo comfy. Great location - stroll to very nice beach - good shopping. Biggest decision is whether to eat-in or go to one of the great restaurants. Great service for all our needs from POSHPADZ.

Well, my family's vacation was a flaming success. I would say the beaches have the whitest sand I've ever come across, it's like treading on warm confectioner's sugar. Great stuff.
The proximity to the restaurants & shops is what really got me too (and what restaurants!). Quality is all around the circumference of this trip including the décor of the pad. Lovely fresh finishings in the condo. It make you quite at ease when waking up to a well designed space like that. Anyways, I give it 5 suitcases for its excellence. Happy travels!
