What can we say about our fantstic stay at this villa. If stars were the rating system for villas this one is well worth 10 . the setting is fabulous with the sun hitting the pool area from 9am till 5pm and yes this was in december/january, everything you could possible need is already at the villa for you, more than enough space for everyone and with 3 lounges to choose from one was spoilt., The whole villa is tastefully decorated and it seems that no expence spared on the finishing touches, all rooms have celing fans which is a real bonus aswell keeping the villa lovely and cool. We opted for poolheating a must in december and it was super, pool ready for use whenever required and just at the right temp all the time. we have stayed at a few villas on cumbrian lakes over the last 7 years and this has been our very best, and we look forward to going back time and time again now we have found this little gem. Our thanks go out to the owners aswell who have been so helpfull with everything,we all look forward to re-visiting the villa again later this year.

Debbie we really enjoyed your place. The pool was awesome. The layout worked out perfectly for our needs. The mother and father in-law stayed downstairs and my family with 2 boys stayed upstairs. The nearby WalMart was convienent and suprisingly cheap prices.
This was our first time staying at a home down there and we wouldn't do it any other way from now on.

The description of the house was very accurate. The house was clean and very well presented. The pool area was wonderful and safe for all ages.
The location of the property was superb for anyones needs with only short drives to all major attractions. The house is in a quiet very well maintained area which made relaxing after a hard day at the theme parks a real pleasure.
The facilities in the house were great from laundry room to the huge TV downstairs. Every need was catered for.
This house really made for a completly enjoyable experience for all my family with more than enough space for our party of eight to live more than comfortably.
I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a complete all round amazing holiday, and am already sorting out when I can rent again.

This villa made our stay in Florida exceptional. We have visited the Disney area on many occasions but this was the first time in a privately owned villa - we will not be going back to hotel accommodation.
The villa was beautifully appointed but the best part by far according to the children ( not to mention the adults ) was having a swimming pool in the garden. They now want one of their own !!!
The villa was in a lovely safe community and only about 10 - 15 minutes from all the main attractions.
The pool man is a well kept secret and being English had a wealth of knowledge on the local community particularly when we needed some advise regarding a minor medical problem.
We can't wait to go back and will definitely return to this wonderful villa.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday and can highly recommend this wonderful villa. It is situated a short drive from the 192, Walmart and a multitude of restaurants. Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet and very well maintained gated community. It is the perfect location for all the parks and shopping. The villa is very spacious, airy and well equipped. The pool area overlooks a beautiful lake and you have the sun all day long. We will be recommending this beautiful home to friends and family and hope to return again very soon.

Fabulous holiday accommodation, offering all mod cons. Brilliant location for all of Orlandos attractions. This was our third time staying in Debbie's villa and I would highly recommend it - we are booking again for 2010!

What can we say ? Absolutely fantastic villa, pure luxury (I want one !).
Loads of space, clean, well maintained, a real home from home in a safe quiet gated community. We could have stayed for a lot longer and wish we could have. The kids were upset when we said we had to pack up !
Pool is a good size, and was warm despite us suffering from some really long and heavy Florida storms, kitchen fully equipped, views are great - the kids loved the ducklings wandering by the lake each morning, we were all so relaxed. After a long day at the parks this place was what we needed to come back to.
Close to everything you need, from supermarkets to shopping malls and the theme parks can all be easily reached.
Having spent many holidays in Florida this villa is the best bar none. The owners are so helpful and we will be back to stay in the future.
A little tip on the restaurants in the area - there are so many to choose from it can might choosing hard. For a quick stop with decent food we liked the Perkins Bakery at the junction of H192 and Poinciana Blvd which you pass every time you go from Cumbrian Lakes to the 192. Good service, quick seating and nice food.

We've been there from the 7 April to the 15 April 2009.
We got great time in the villa.
That's an easy location near almost everything with a car of course, 5 minutes from big Walmart (open 24H/24H) and 20 minutes from most Disney theme park.
Pool needs to be heated.

A lovely large villa, close to Wal-mart and to disney. only 2-3 mins from I-4 for shopping and all attractions. Very clean and well maintained a real home from home. have recommended this villa to my family and co-workers. Good communications with the owner every step of the way all question answered and great price too. Thanks Deborah.

Difficult to put into words how great this property is!
Location: if you know the Kissimmee/Orlando Area this is just south of the 192 and less than 5 mins from the huge Wal Mart. If you don't know the area then this will be ideal, easy to get ina nd out off and only minutes away from all the resturants onad shops on the 192.
Accomodation: First class, so much room we could lose ourselfs! we were still finding bits two weeks later! All the rooms are well decorated and equiped, clean, tidy, you name it there are it.
My wife (draphic designer) even commented on how lovely the paintings/prints were (not something she normally does!)
anyway if you are looking for that perfect Orlando Villa, this is it!
You will need a car!
