Great place

This was our very first time to Barcelona. We booked the place online. Joan was very responsive via emails with the all the info, as well as the pictures of the apartment. The apartment turned out to be exactly what the pictures showed. Joan was there to meet us one on one, to show us everything we needed to know. There were 4 of us (2 couples), and the size was perfect. The apartment is in Poble Sec, in a very quiet and quaint neighborhood (not touristy at all). It was 2 blocks away from Montjuic where u can take a hike up the top to see the entire city, or take the tram up. It was also walking distance to the touristy areas (Ramblas, gothic quarter, etc.) The metro station is also very close by. 1 or 2 blocks away you'll find small super markets for groceries/produce. Also about 4 blocks away is probably one of the best tapas place in barcelona: Quimet & Quimet

Overall, it was a perfect apartment for the 4 of us who had never been to Barcelona before. Joan even arranged a taxi cab for us in the morning when we checked out. I HIGHLY recommended this place if you're looking for a nice/clean apartment that is in a safe and quiet area, but still close to the action.

We had a great stay at the apartment! We slept 6 people comfortably for the time we were there. Joan was very accomodating to our change in itinerary during the trip as well as very helpful with directions around the city and setting up a taxi for a ride to the airport on our departure day. All of the money transactions were smooth and without issue.

The apartment is within walking distance to Las Ramblas and is very close to the metro station and surrounding markets and cafes.

All in my group would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would look to stay there again if we ever return to Barcelona. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay any longer!

Location was very convenient. Layout was as advertised and property quite clean/ fairly well maintained apart from shower - seemed to leak. Owner was contactable, punctual and helpful. Probably good value - all things considered. We were glad of the lift to the 4th floor! The surrounding area was quiet, although less smart than expected. Would recommend 'Dino Pan' close enough to get great fresh supplies for breakfast, also some good local supermarkets.

This apartment met all our expectations. It was exactly as described, modern, exceptionally clean and excellently equiped with all that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.We fell completely relaxed here.
It was within walking distance of the Ramblas, but, if like us, your legs begin to tire after too much walking, the Parallel metro station was only a couple of minutes away.
Joan, the apartment owner, could not have been more helpful and was more than happy to arrange a taxi for our return to the airport.
We would definitely return to this apartment again.
