Reviews of Property: Near Disney Luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Orlando Villa. Pool/Spa/Games Room/WiFi

We had a fantastic time in Florida this year. This villa is perfect for all and very safe for families with young kids as the pool has a netting fence around. The overall standard of the property and estate was top class and very clean well within distance of all attractions.
We loved it and will return.

We are a family of five - with 2 x 12 yr olds and a 7 yr old. This is our third consectutive year in florida, and the 2nd spent on calabay parc at Tower lake. The area is exactly right for us, 20 mins for Disney - but far enough away when you are all mickeyed out!! The I4 is literally 5 mins drive. Walmart, Publix and numerous shopping and fast foods outlets are minutes away.
The villa was our home for a month and it was a tremendous wrench when it was time to leave! Being there for so long, it became more of a holiday retreat, it became home. We ate in as much as we ate out, the villa being well equipped, It was easy to shop and prepare food and was a treat to eat outside every evening without worrying about the weather. Coming out of the front door every morning and looking left towards the lake is my favourite memory. The villa is well maintained and the management company are easily contactable and any problem resolved almost immediately.
We had a fantastic memorable holiday. The villa and its facilities playing a large part. We wouldnt hesitate to book again and will recommend to friends and relatives..

What a great place, the villa is everything you expect from the description and more. Loads of space, all the rooms are spaceous clean and bright, beds and furniture really comfortable. We ate in most nights and found the kitchen perfect and the choice of eating out by the pool or in at the dining table perfect. Lovely pool, which we had heated due to the time of year although probably not needed. Hazel and Tom could not have been more helpfull. We found the location of the villa perfect for travelling around the sights of Florida. If you want to do the Disney Parks and see something of Florida this Villa is in an ideal location. I would recommend this Villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Phil & Jane.

The villa was everything we could have hoped for - spacious, spotlessly clean and well furnished. Within easy reach of Disney/Universal but in a peaceful and quiet location. With two couples and one 8 year old the two master-ensuite bedrooms worked really well. Our parents and my niece, who were holidaying nearby, also stayed over a couple of nights and even with eight of us there was still plenty of room! The villa has every amenity you might want and we really appreciated having our own pool and spa (very relaxing after a long day walking at Disney!). Hazel and Tom have thought of everything. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa.

What a fabulous place - rooms are huge, well laid out villa with all the home comforts you could wish for (& more....the dressing rooms !!) The pool / deck became a favourite spot right away.
Handy for Disney and all the usual attractions. We also tried Mannys restaurant - as it was recommended. It didn't disappoint. You do need to book as it gets very busy from about 6pm !
Wished we could have stayed longer.

We have been vacationing in the Orlando area for a number of years and this location is one of our favorites.
Amenities are very close and there are many fun things to do within a short drive, including the amusement parks. While fun is close this location is quiet and restful.
This particular home was one of the best rental experiences we have had, with beautiful comfortable furnishings, pool, spa, game room, playstation equipment, and a lovely neighborhood to take early morning or late evening walks. There is a very nice area around the lake with a dock to fish off of or just watch the sunset and you can even observe an aligator swim right up to the dock, my son loved that! The owners are very communicative and helpful they have a great management company locally to handle any questions you might have. We will definately return when in the Orlando area.

iwe could appreciate the relaxing confort of the beautiful house.
The pool, the spa was great. and we felt at home.
