We have just returned after spending a week at "Cathys Condo". We found the accomodation to be everything we needed,very well maintained, very large, well equipped, but above all spotless.The situation of the condo is well appointed and within easy reach of parks, restaurants (Black Angus and Bob Evan's being our fave's), malls and of course Publix - what a supermarket ! We would most definately recommend Cathys Condo. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one.

My wife & I rented John & Cathy's condo from 12th September to the 26 th September 2009 and had an excellent time.
The Condo is in a great location and John & Cathy make it a home from home. Everything is provided in the Condo,it's just simply great.
Will definetly be back and hopefully it's next year.
Once again thanks John & Cathy for all your help and the Condo.

cathys condo is a wonderfull place to stay on your vacation very well located for all the parks and grocery stores everything is there that you will need had a smashing time hope to do it all again next year with yhe same condo.

The condo was excellent. It had everything you would need whilst away. It was of a high standard and well maintained. It was a place where you can relax after a long day at the parks.
There is a Publix supermarket about 3 minutes away. The complex itself was of a high standard and very child friendly. It is very quiet and clean. Very well maintained through out.
Disney world is about a 10 minute drive and Universal/Sea World is about a 20 minute drive away. I would definetly stay here again.
Food wise i would recommend Ming Court which is on International Drive, the best chinese i have ever had. Also Chilis was really good...but beware the portions in America are HUGE.
All in all this was a great holiday and the condo was fantastic and i would highly recommend it. I would stay there again.

We have just spent 3 nights in this excellent Condo after 10 days at Anna Maria Island. Very well equipped Condo in a great Location with all the facilities your require nearby. Excellent pool. Very clean and well mainatined.We have been coming to Florida since 1992 and usually stay on the Gulf Coast and then spend a few days in the Madness of Theme Park land that is Orlando. This condo is well placed for all attractions whilst at the same time being being far enough away to have a relaxing place to relax by the pool in a quiet area or visit the other areas of Florida which can be reached by the I4 and R192 which are close by.Would stay again.

This condo was immaculately cleaned and presented inside, with everything in the condo that we needed for our stay (including helpful guides about nearby facilities, and also contacts for the condo's management company).
The swimming pool is a short, short walk from the condo, and is great for families and couples.
There is now a huge, massive Publix literally at the end of the road, and the I-4 is just a 5-minute drive away (we reached all of the theme park attractions within 20-25 mins).
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to visit Orlando's main attractions, but who also want to escape the hustle and bustle of International Drive.

Luxury Condo @ Terrace Ridge

This Condo is new, well maintained and is in very good condition. The pool area is very child friendly and overall the amenities are as described by the owner.
Whilst the 'local' supermarket was a few miles away there is a new one being built nearby which will open very shortly.
Eating out generally entailed travelling up to Kissimmee or down to Haines City to broaden the choice - neither particularly local.
I would rent this Condo again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Owner's Response: There is a large Publix store and shopping development opening in August 2008 which is within walking distance.
The 192 highway with its diverse choice of restaurants and entertainmentis is a ten minutes drive away
