Reviews of Property: Stunning Gulf Coast home on golf course.Water views. Air Con.Near beaches

We stayed in this property last year and have booked again for this coming October. 5 star luxury all the way. Every room is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. We loved it. Property was clean and well maintained. Within two minutes in the car there is a large supermaket, bank and liquor store. There is also a garage where videos can be rented for $1 a night. The property is situated on the first green of a golf course which gave us early morning entertainment watching the golfers putt into the first hole. We were only two people but will be eight when we return. Plenty of space. Many good restuarants close by and good shopping ten minutes away. Close to ferry across to beaches or short drive to Englewood Beach or Boca Grande beaches. We were happy to sit by pool. Port Charlotte is 20 minutes away with shopping mall, many other resturants, cinemas etc. If you want to visit Disney World 2/2.5 hours by car. Bush Gardens Tampa approx. 1.5 hours. We would have no hesitation to recommend this property to friends.

we have rented many homes in the cape haze area. by far this homes was exceptional! beautiful! just as the pictures show. the views of the links golf course were amazing. 1st tee and fairway and 1st hole. 8th hole. 9th fairway and 9th hole. the wild life were fun to watch. including a wild bore on the 1st hole!!! crazy mocking birds!!!! beautiful blue herrons. hopefuly will be going back next spring.

We just returned from a 10 night stay at Coral Shores. What a wonderful time we all had. The house is lovely, the pool was sparkling clean and the nearby golf course was a nice touch for our golfers. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living spaces, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms convenient. We would love to return again some day. Our group ranged in age from age 5 to age 72. We found the location convenient to many of the Gulf Coast beaches and activities.

This place is somewhere i will never forget think of a hotel think of 5 star this is the place, never before have i stayed in a place so luxurious so accommodating so tastefully done as this.
I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit that’s for sure. What a fantastic house all the bedrooms you could ask for, lots of bathrooms no arguing, fantastic living room, Plasmas, leather sofas beautifully decorated no expense spared and attention to detail personified .This place was brilliant and as if that isn’t enough it has a lovely pool area where the sun shine all day long which overlooks the golf course .
The house is located in a very peaceful and is in a very quiet area.
Beaches and restaurants plus publix close by
Wall mart super centre is 10 min in the car and a large shopping centre 20 min in the car.
The only thing that i found bad about this place is the fact i didn’t spend longer here

We stayed here for 10 days for my birthday with the family.

Villa was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and very spacious, with great views over the golf course, including the resident alligator in the lake!

Grocery store located just down the road. Beach is just 10 minute drive, and Boca Grande is about 15-20 minute drive, where you can watch dolphins swim by.

Kids loved the pool, and pool toys available in the garage.

We all had a very enjoyable time, and would recommend the villa to anyone. Hope to return sometime soon.

We stayed in this villa for one week after having spent a hectic week in Disney World. We were wanting a relaxing time and the rural setting of the villa was ideal, enabling us to do this perfectly.
The villa was stunning, with it's tasteful decor and luxurious furnishings. It was also spacious and easily accomodated 2 families. A superb pool overlooking a quiet golf course added to the great experience.
Locally, a car is essential for all journeys as activities were a fair distance to travel. However, this was not a problem for us.
We would recommend the idyllic Boca Grande beach (5 miles away). Also, Captain Bill who took us on a private boat trip from Palm Island marina and we saw dolphins and manatees which was a terrific experience. Siesta Key beach in Sarasota is also well worth a visit (sand like flour).

We have holidayed in Florida over several years and always been impressed with our villa accommodation. However Coral Shores outshone all of them by a mile. First impression was wow! The decor is extremely tasteful and the huge open plan living area is just amazing. The open view over the golf course is beautiful and the lovely pool area is well equipped for relaxing and dining. We favoured Leverock's Restaurant in the evenings which was a mere 5 minutes drive away. Lovely Gulf beaches all within a short drive. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Over the years we have stayed at many villa's all around florida and it has to be said, This villa has topped our rankings with the size, the location and the overall vacation experience. The location was quiet and peaceful and we would without a doubt recomend it to any body.
Boca grande is well worth a visit and Jams restaurant is a must for a meal and drink.
We will hopefully in the near future be visiting this villa again.
Only one tiny comment, I would recommend, a few more large towels in all bathrooms.
