Perfect location. Lovely neighbours. Great pool. TV did not work the whole time we were there and when we contacted owner for help me said read the instructions - which were in Spanish! We weren't left with a key fob to get in and out - so had to wait up to 20 minutes to be let in and out everytime we wanted to go out! No instructions were left for anything, we had no hot water for two days as the boiler was not plugged in. This is a shame as the location was so good, but I do not think we would return again as our holiday was slightly ruined because of these problems.
Owner's Response: It's always nice to get positive feedback. In this instance unfortunately, as well as the positive items there are also some concerns which need to be addressed for future guests.
1. A set of keys available for all guests include a key fob allowing vehicular access, a key for the pedestrian gate allowing access back into the complex from outside (note no key required to exit) as well as keys to the apartment. However, due to a recent change of locks to the pedestrian access, replacement keys were not made available to me or my most recent guests. This was an oversight and has been addressed for future guests.
2. Instructions - an information sheet which will include some general guidance regarding the complex, keys and appliances (boiler, TV etc) within the apartment will be sent to all future guests.
