Reviews of Property: Costa Blanca,Modern, luxurious 2 bed apart, solarium with sea and pool views.

Having been to this apartment previously we had no hesitation in returning again in May with our 2 daughters & Grandson and everything was to our complete satisfaction and we had a most enjoyable break away for our week's stay. My wife & I returned again in July/August for our annual holiday in Playa Flamenca and I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending this property. We will definetly be returning here again on our next visit to Spain. As we always rent a car on our arrival at Murcia or Alicante it is central to all amenities even without a car. Looking forward to our next stay again at this property.

We went to this apartment for a week and i cannot fault it in any way.it had all mod cones and Ian had it arranged for us to be picked up at airport at a reasonable cost.There was plenty of information in folder about all the amenities
the property was spotless clean and i would recommend it to anybody.it is only a couple of minutes walk to amenities and big market on saturday.Thanks again to Ian and Karen

I went for a week to this apartment with my daughter and we both found the apartment had everthing to make our stay very comfortable. We were picked up by car from the airport (arranged by Ian) and taken to the apartment journey of about 20 mins. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed for the beach but I enjoyed sitting on the veranda as it was warm but sheltered from the sun. The pool was very good being just beside the apartment The beds were very comfortable and we were very pleased it had the air conditioning as it was very warm. We didn,t have a car (wich would have been useful) but found the bus went from the main road near the mercadona and went to Torrievieja Alicante and many other places and was very reasonable. There were many restaurants and bar within easy walking distant and we ate out every night and didn,t find it expemsive, but facilities excellant if you wanted to cater for yourself. I am going back in March as I enjoyed it so much.

a lovely apartment with an excellent pool right next to it. all mod cons with a solarium and balcony, plenty of outdoor furniture and has everything you need to take with you for a day on the beach. would recommend a car for trips to the beach and to travel around. benidorm is about an hours drive away. there are plenty of maps, directions and recommended restaurant in the apartment, our favourite was the judges restaurant, the kids loved the park and the food, entertainment was good. thanks ian and karen for the brilliant welcome pack and next time we will have to make it two weeks as one was not enough!

My wife & I have just returned from a lovely 2 week break at this excellent property. It has everything anyone could ask for in an apartment with all mod cons etc. that one would need. It is extremely central to all amenities and only approx 15 - 20 mins from San Javier airport. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the local market which it held every Saturday. We used the apartment as a base for our travels throughout the region as we have been coming to this region for a number of years now and we spend our time sightseeing as opposed to going to to beach. There is plenty to do for all ages within the area and would definitely reccomend this property for one's stay in Playa Flamenca. Well done Ian & Karen for making our break away from the liquid sunshine to the real sunshine.

My wife and our friends went for a week to this property it was our first time in playa flamenca and we were very inpressed with the apartment as it had everything you needed it was also very clean and well maintained. also the owners had this folder made up listing all places of interest and a list of places to eat we found it very useful when planning our days out. The beach that we went was only 10 15 mins walk and it was very nice . We are hoping to go back again later this year as we had a great time . I would recommed this property .

This week away from the cold and damp UK was just marvelous and made even better by the high standard of accomodation and its location. The accommadation was clean and modern with all the necessary equipment required for a typical family. There was a marvelous outdoor area which is ideal for the mornong breakfast oustiside and that nightime glass of wine after returning from an excellent meal obtainable at the many restaurants which are only 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. Other outsatnding featrures are the swimmimg pool at the side of the apartment and the sunbathing area on the roof, where recliners are available and table and chairs.
All of the rooms are a good size and there is television with Sky programmes which keeps you up to date with those must see programmes for all of the family.
The resort has a lovely beach and there are good walks along the coast as well as moderrn shopping centres in and around the resort. There is no shortage of all types of food and the local marketis is a must for those fresh vegetables and all sorts of clothing and footwear. Finally there are several excellent golf courses within 15 mins drive from the apartment. This is an excellent and ideal apartment for all of the family.

I have stayed in this apartment on several occasions, May July and September, on each occasion I couldnt believe how warm the weather was. The apartment is ideal for enjoying the glorious sunshine from sunbathing on either the patio area at the front door or on the magnificent roof terrace both of which are well equipt, to cooling off in the pool just yards away.
The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard and is exceptionally clean. The inside and outside of the apartment has been well maintained. There was everything needed while on holiday. There is an air conditioning/heating system installed which was great. There is a folder of local information and phone numbers.
We were transferred to and from the airports (Murcia and Alicante) by the keyholders who are really helpful, it was great to know they were close-by.
The apartment is situated approx 15mins away from the main square. Although the apartment is situated in a quiet area. My favourite place to eat in the square is Chevaliers, I so recommend it, although I have enjoyed every meal during my stays in Playa Flamenca. I also think the entertainment in Legends is good and the karaoke nights at the Cube.
I have also taken a taxi to Torrevieja at night which costs very little as nearby, it has a busy market with lots going on at night and a fun fair along the sea front lots of sand sculptures to see (if you like that sort of thing) and places to eat and drink. Easy to get a taxi back as well.
There are several beaches in playa flamenca, in season the beach I mainly used had faclities and a shack that sold snacks and drinks with a really cheerful guy serving.
The market on a Saturday starts early and has loads of stalls, great for buying supplies. Then a trip to the Celtic Isle next to it for a drink to cool down, was great. The supermarkets are close-by too. Bus and boat trips were also advertised at the market.
I have been here with friends as girls getaways short breaks and also a holiday with my two teenage daughters. We have booked to return to Playa Flamenca again this summer with my two teenage daughters and friends for a week .We are really looking forward to it..
