Hello and welcome to our review on Palm Villa. For those who have been, need not read on, those thinking about it, please read on and book up today.
simply fantastic with a first class service. From your initial enquiry, Lauren shall, provide, guide and leave you bursting to get there.
The villa is delightful, comfortable and suited for every member of the family, with everything you can ask for.
Situated in an ideal location for local area comforts and if you can find the motivation to get up of the poolside sunbed then Marbella, Peurto Banus is only a stone throw away and 40 mins down the road, Gibraltar.
Twice we have stayed at this lovely villa and will certainly be booking up again.
You will not be disappointed, actually, you will not want to go home!!!

We recently returned home (unfortunately!) after staying at the villa from the 3rd - 10th October. We returned home relaxed, tanned and all talking about the fantastic holiday we've just had! We hired a car at Malaga airport and the villa was only a relatively short car journey away (approx 30-35 mins) and very easy to find due to the directions supplied by Lauren.

Upon arriving at the villa late in the afternoon we felt immediately relaxed. The pool was warm, clean and ready to dive into, and the villa was immaculately presented throughout. The villa didn't have the typical 'rental villa feel' and was more like a home from home. It was furnished to a very good standard throughout and we had everything provided for a great family villa whether sunny or raining. The weather (although obviously not guaranteed) was superb and didn't drop below 29'C in the day all week with no rain!!! As the pool was heated we took full advantage of swimming at all times of the day.

The service and general level of communication received from Lauren before, during and after our holiday faultless, resulting in a stress free enjoyable holiday.

The villa is located in a very quiet and exclusive residential area only a short drive from Marbella. There is a local supermarket only a short walk away, along with a fantastic range of restaurants and bars. We found a couple of firm favorites within easy staggering distance!

We took several day trips while away; We spent a day in Marbella exploring both the old and new parts of the city, an afternoon/evening was spent at the port of Estepona, we enjoyed a lovely afternoon and evening around the bars and restaurants in Puerto Banus. Worth particular mention is the city of Ronda which is rich in culture and history, and requires you to take an 'interesting' if not a little scary route up the mountains, but offers the most spectacular views. The Nerja Caves are about a 90 minute drive and are well worth a visit! Usually a few 'beach days' are a standard part of any holiday, (and there's beaches in walking distance from the villa) although we spent the rest of our time at the villa relaxing in and around the superb pool!

I would firmly recommend staying at the villa with family and friends and hope to stay there again myself in the not too distant future! The location, villa, pool, local amenities, and the service received from Lauren all score 10/10!

As the other reviews testify this is top class accomodation, an absolute pleasure to stay at this villa.

Lauren is very pleasant and professional and no stone is left unturned. The villa is set up particularly for families with young children (we had two babies), who loved it.

We would love to stay here again and hope to do so in the not too distant future.

Palm Villa - the perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Villa and found access to all amenities including Selwo Safari Park &Tivoli World very easy. A beautiful house, clean, roomy & the pool was a welcome addition -- the perfect place for large family to stay. We could not have asked for a better home. We used the pool every day, and really appreciated having access to the kids toys, internet, playstation etc ! It was one of the best vacations we've ever taken, and having a place to come home to at the end of the day, where we could make our own meals was priceless!

Situated in a quiet exclusive roadway with the shops and restaurants just a short walk away, it was ideal for a quiet peacefuly secure vacation. Lauren had sent us a fact sheet before we arrived so we were well equipped to make decisions about where we were going to eat, the best beaches, shops etc. Communication with the Lauren and those in charge of the Villa was excellent. Lauren was extremely helpful and on hand to answer all my questions

Fantastic Villa

We just returned from the villa last Saturday 22 August after spending a fantastic week in it. The location, el pilar, is beautiful. It is mid way between Estepona and Peurto Banus. There were 7 adults and 5 children aged 2,2,2,4 and 5. The kids loved all the swimming gear - rings etc which were at the poolside. The pool was very clean and warm. The lighting at night was gorgeous too and we really enjoyed sitting out by the pool after eating a meal in the local restaurants of which there are many. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable. The water was hot all the time too and the kitchen which did not look spacious was perfect tool There was a dvd player in every bedroom, the playroom and the sitting room. There was also a playstation and some dvds supplied. The house itself was beautiful and clean and had loads of space. The location was perfect for a base and we will certainly be returning to the villa if it is available next year for suitable dates. There was a fantastic playground in a local pub which was very safe and there was also a games room with wii and fuzzball etc for children in a nearby pub called 'the auld dubliner'. The food in this pub was very very good and a great price. The menu was very extensive and as it was a sports bar the football games were all on view. We found taxis expensive so plan your days in Marbella etc before going so that you have time to relax in the beautiful surroundings of the villa. Lauren herself could not have been more helpful with restaurant guides, access to the villa etc and if there were any problems (which there were not) we had loads of contact numbers. Excellent stay in a beautiful spot. Will def def def be returning

Our party of 8 adults and 4 children under 2 have just returned from a fantastic week at Palm Villa in mid June.

The Villa is furnished to a high standard but the outdoor areas were the real highlight for us. The children's play house was a hit as was the multitude of toy boxes... they kept the kids amused and the adults happy!

We had a problem with the pool but a text to Lauren and there was a pool man at our door and a solution was offered. Lauren is a pleasure to deal with and can't recommend highly enough.

Having the local restaurants and pubs on your door stop was a real boost as were great to wander down to for lunch etc. We struggled to find a traditional spanish restaurant nearby but could have been we were looking in the wrong places.

Just trying to decide now who to invite when i go back next year :-))

We stayed from thr 6th of June to the 11th of June.
The villa exceeded our expectations.
First off, this is a very large villa, there was only two of us on our stay and we never ventured to the other side of the house where the other 3 double bedrooms and second bathroom were.
Immaculately spotless, fresh and vibrant - felt very relaxed and at home especially with unexpected creature comforts i.e. compute/internet, sky TV, fullsize pool table and leather furniture!.Awesome.
The weather was brilliant and the rear garden and pool made the trip as we wanted to catch the sun and relax by the pool. Nothing but positives here for this villa.
4minute walk to restaurants and bars through the very safe and up-market private surrounding area/road.
Will be going back for sure next summer!

We stayed at Palm Villa may 2009 and had a wonderful holiday. The Villa was so lovely that even the pictures of it dont do it justice. We had our teenage son with us who loved it and also my mother of 79 who equally loved it as much. Our three year old didnt want to come home. The gardens are kept beautifully and the pool was lovely and warm. Lauren was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much for her. We are hoping to return later this year and cant wait

Just spend a fantastic week at Palm Villa, the villa itself is of a high standard with everything you could wish for. The garden is just stunning and the pool is excellent, it has to be one of the warmest pools that I have been in.
Location is excellent, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and really close to all of the main places of interest.
Communication with Lauren was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her.
Highly recommended and we will definately be back.

Great and luxurious

Review Submitted: April 10, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009
In March 2009 we spent 10 days in the Palm Villa with our three kids. The kids loved the pool which was warm enough to swim in even when the outside temperature was not that high. We enjoyed the garden with comfortable furniture and BBQ. INside the villa is spacious, clean and of the highest standards. We definitely recommend the villa for a nice and relaxing family break.
