This was a superb flat which was well furnished, clean and had everything available to contribute to a good and succesful holiday. The property was well maintained and the owner has gone to great lengths to make his guests as comfortable as they would be at home. I would certainly recommend this flat to my friends and relatives if they were to holiday in Cyprus. The property was in a good location, close to the tourist area and beach and a variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We would like to holiday in the flat again.

had a great time in limassol cyprus in this beautiful very well equipped apartment probably the best apartment we have stayed in over the last 27 years visiting cyprus thanks to marc great guy great communications can not do enough for you every thing on hand near this apartment beach shops restaurants looking forward to our long winter stay thanks again marc thanks to colin for airport run

Clean and well maintained flat. Ideal for a couple or a single person.Walking distance to all facilities-cafes,pubs shops and also bump into loads of Brits.Although there's a building site opposite its not intrustive, disturbing or noisy. I'd wake each morning wondering where the workers were! The walk down by the beach is great. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends.

I had a wonderful holiday in Limassol. The appartment is very comfortable - like a home from home. It is well maintained, and is well equipt. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for clothes. The owner provided excellent customer service, answering questions promptly.
The appartment was well positioned, close to a sandy beach where water sports take place. It is also close to the tourist strip, where there are some excellent restaurants. The main shopping centre is not far away.
I had breakfast on the balacony, in the morning sun, and drinks there in the evening, which was very pleasant.
The appartment would be suitable for a range of people. There is a lift, which seems to be very reliable
I am hoping to go back to the appartment, and would certainly recommend it to friends

My wife and I have used this apartment on more than one occasion and have always found it to be very clean with plenty of spare bedding and towels.The Apartment is in a very good location close to shops resturants and bars, the local bus stop is only 100 meter away which will take you to tha town center where touist sight seeing tours can be booked.The kitchen and bathroom were re-newed in 2007 to a very high standard. We have recommended this apartment to our friends who were very pleased and have been back twice since.
