Cyprus, first timers

Very nice apartment as described. Good location near to restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. We found Karlina's to be a nice place to eat and good value for money. We were met at the airport by Wendy and Tony, who were very helpful with information on where to eat, supermarkets and general tourist info. Also hired a car from them for a couple of days to see more of the island. There are some fantastic views when driving through the Troodos mountains. All in all a great holiday. Booking the apartment was very straight-forward with good communication. Thanks Keith.

We stayed in the light, airy apartment for a week at the beginning of November. It is in a very convenient location near to bars and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the harbour (longer if you go via the beach). There is a fantastic supermarket opposite Debenhams with everything that you could wish for.
We had several lovely meals in Karlinas which is 2 - 3 minutes away. The meze is huge so go really hungry. Wendy, the management agent, said if you have four of you only order for 3. The staff were really friendly and even waved at as as we drove away on the last day.
Wendy was so helpful when I broke a tooth, arranging a dentist and even guiding us there (thank you again).
We would certainly return to this apartment

I booked this property for a weeks holiday with my mum, my aunt and my cousin. I am in a wheelchair and was a bit concerned as to wether the property would be suitable but found it excellent with the lift, ramp to the pool area and wide doors throughout as well as a toilet on ground floor level that was also suitable. The apartment itself was excellent and very modern with superb large balcony with seaview. The couple who maintained the property were very helpful, we hired a car from them and they dropped us off at the airport at the end of our stay. I found that Paphos itself was not very suitable for the wheelchair as the pavements are terrible and very few places have disabled toilets which is the only thing that would put us off coming back, however if we did we would certainly be looking to book this apartment again.

Just as other's before us have commented; this is a lovely apartment exactly as described. The holiday was stress free; just what we wanted. Easy walk to many friendly restaurants and the beach. Many thanks to Tony and Wendy who made us very welcome and gave useful advice on where to go and what to see and do. Keith; thank you for the opportunity to spend time in your apartment.

I can only echo the previous review; the apartment was lovely, just as Keith had described - Very modern, tidy and it has all mod cons required, including a washing machine which was very useful. Keith's housekeeper, Wendy, collected us from the airport and gave us some very useful tips (take frozen bottles of water with you) and had also provided us with some useful essentials. The apartment was located so near a bus stop that you really don't need a car. Most bus trips only cost 1.5 euros. The reason that I have only given the apartment 4 stars is due to the lack of other facilities, once the pool, bar, & restaurant are complete. Although I know that this is not Keith fault, I do think that his advert should be amended until they are complete, which by the looks of things last week I believe could be a while longer yet. However I am sure that when the new block is complete it will make a perfect addition to the complex.

Just returned from staying in this lovely apartment which is in a great location on the complex, and is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The road does not cause any problems at all, maybe a little background noise, but certainly nothing to be aware of,and you are not overlooked at all. However, you do need to be aware that the "on site facilities" of Gym, roof top pool, snack bar/coffee shop etc are not yet finished being built and are not available, it is still a shell. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and you are very well situated to get about if you don't have a car. Bus Stop is right outside which runs regularly to Coral Bay, and just 5 minutes walk to Tomb of the Kings. Would recommend apartment, but disappointed on site facilites not available.

Just a quick note to say that my partner & I had a very enjoyable week staying in this super apartment and felt privileged to use it. Clearly, a lot of thought and consideration has gone into the furnishing & equipment levels in order that people have a 'home from home'. It's certainly in a convenient location and we made good use of the balcony to catch the last of the afternoon sun!
However, there are a couple of points that future guests need to be aware of :-
the "very short walk to the Old Harbour & Ancient Fort" is, in fact, a good 30 mins stroll going the most direct route. (If required, there are fairly regular buses costing 1.5 Euros each way) The promenade pathway going past the World Heritage site also provides a pleasant alternative to get to the Harbour. Secondly, the building work in Block 1 for the additional pool/bar/gym etc was still incomplete. The inside shell had still to be fitted out and, indeed, they were installing windows and cladding the outside whilst we were there. We were told that it should be finished in June.
Overall though, I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to other people. The booking process was straightforward and Keith's information pack was very comprehensive.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at this excellent accommodation which had everything you could wish for. It is in the perfect location with supermarkets close by and a short walk to restaurants and bars, yet in a quiet spot. Very clean, well maintained, fantastic pool which we didn't use on this visit as it was a bit chilly but will definitley use it next time. Great communication with the owners .Would definitley recommend this property.
