Excellent Villa

We rented the house for one month and enjoyed our stay very much.

The house is very clean and the technical equipment is absolutely state of the art. We have rented other houses the previous years in Briarwood which by far do not have this standard.

The use of all entertainment equipment were described in detail, which was also very helpful.
Internet Access worked perfectly, so that working from there was no issue.

The pool area is bigger than normal which is also very convenient.
The pool was very clean and the kids enjoyed it very much.

The contact to the owner was very nice and also the property managment agents were available when needed.

All in all a absolut perfect place to stay.

We went to this villa in June 2009 for 2 weeks, it was fab. The layout of the villa was perfect for us with two older teenagers the master bedroom suite allowed us privicy while they had their own bathroom and bedrooms at the other side of the house. The lounge and open plan kitchen was spacious, airy and really comfortable, while the pool and outside area was large and well stocked with chairs, loungers and pool toys. Pool was lovely and their were plenty of pool towels. The villa is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and is maximum 10minutes drive from the centre of Naples. There are some great beaches, plenty of shopping malls and some really good places to eat out, equally wwe also enjoyed eating in as there is plenty of choice. We loved the Everglades and would recommend an Captain Doug's airboat rides in Everglade city about an hour away. Good resturaunts include Tommy Bahamas where they were doing a really nice, 3 course sampler menu foe 29 dollars. Also nice was the Naples pub tucked away through a passageway off 3rd avenue. Would definitly recommend this villa and Naples as a holiday destination.

There are a few things that are important to us when we stay anywhere when we travel; is the place clean? Is the owner honest? Is it really as good as the pictures show?

When we entered this stunning villa it was clear that the answer to all those questions is YES!
The owner of this property answered all our questions and requests promptly and it was a pleasure to deal with her. When we entered the villa we felt it had exceeded our expectations. It is a very short drive away from the Naples beaches and attractions. All the restaurant recommendations we tested out proved to be worthwhile.
The house and heated pool are well maintained and clean throughout. All rooms are tastefully decorated and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. The villa is fully equipped with more than the essentials and the aircon was a blessing. We really loved the walk in shower!

My wife and I rented this superb villa last year and we were delighted. It has everything that you'd want, including some thoughtful touches such as push bikes and fishing rods at no extra cost.

Although we have rented in Briarwood before, it is our intention to return to this home in 2010. Location is spot on as you're not downtown but close enough for just a 5 minute car ride. The beach is just a close which makes for regular visits throughout your stay.

With a bigger than normal pool area, it's sure to please those who like to swim or soak up the Florida sun. And if a BBQ is your thing, then you'll love the one here that's big enough for a small cow.

We highly recommend this villa to anyone, even the hard to please. Yes, there are others but give this one a go first. You'll not be disappointed.

This property is exactly as described. It is a very well equipped villa a few miles outside Naples, but close to beaches, shopping, Everglades and Naples centre. We didn't really eat out in the evening as we have a baby daughter, but the kitchen is so well equipped and spacious that eating in was lovely. The pool area was great both for us sunbathing and for our little girl in the swimming pool, particularly with it being screened. I would highly recommend this property and hope for a return visit next year. On a final note, the owner could not have been more helpful or prompt in sorting out all the details for us, including cot and highchair.

My family and I rented the villa in October 2008 for a week and we were overjoyed with this villa.
This villa has an amazing layout, spacious and airy with superb furnishings. We have two young children and the they had a fabulous time. The pool is clean and safe.
Everything has been thought of in this villa, the information pack that is provided was extremely helpful.
This is ideally located with local shops, restaurants and the beach all with in reach by a short car journey.
The villa is in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood.

This is an excellent vacation rental. Exceptionally clean, superbly equipped - and the beds are very comfortable.

The pool and deck area are almost totally private and have lots of seating options; there are many pool toys for the kids. The BBQ is huge and is ideal for cooking the vast range of steaks and seafood available at the supermarket which is only a few minutes drive from the property.

Of particular note is the rapid response by the homeowner to all email inquiries. Almost as prompt as a phone call!

Fantastic house in a great location within Naples. The house is well furnished and has everything you need (and more). The pool area is spacious and private with lots of seats/ loungers. Naples is a great Florida holiday location, the local beaches having lots of parking. Good shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the Everglades and not too far to Miami and the East coast.
All in all a good choice, we recommend it!
