wunderschönes appartement direkt am meer mit toller aussicht in ruhiger und sicherer umgebung.modern eingerichtet und überall sehr sauber.schon im februar konnten wir das frühstück immer auf dem grossen balkon geniessen, da er windgeschützt liegt.gute einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster umgebung.angenehm war der freundliche empfang und die betreuung der eigentümerin.
wir trainierten jeden tag jiujitsu an den nahegelegenen sandstränden und hoffen, dass wir wieder zu dieser zeit unsere ferien hier verbringen dürfen.

Nice area, but disturbing neighbours...

We stayed for 2 weeks in June/July and enjoyed the location and the beach nearby. The bus-stop is up the road and takes you, within 15-35 min, to the cathedral in Palma. The apartment is of good standard, but we were disappointed that the AC didn´t work, especially the second week when it was very hot at night (we contacted the owner Yolanda regarding this, but nothing happened...). OBS - We would also like to mention that although this is a quiet area, there is a family with a small baby, living PERMANENTLY in the apartment below, and you will have to put up with the baby screaming a lot... This made it, at times, impossible to sit on the balcony trying to relax.

I´m sorry for the trouble you could have, but I resolve all problems as soon as I could thinking that in summer need 3 or 4 days to find a specialist, I´ve been at the building with them, but I allways try to not disturd my guest.
About the family with the litle baby, you are right! All the neighbours made a meeting and now they left the building since 1st Augost. They´ve been renters and for this reason we found they way to quiet them to have back the relax and quiet atmosphear that the building has.
I hope you enjoy the rest of the holidays and the apartment, out of those inconvenience.

A big thanks to our host and what a wonderful bright and sunny Apartment in a lovely, clean and safe location. We were given a superb welcome and were very impressed with the standard , cleanliness and feel of the property and would readily recommend it. All that you need for a good holiday is within walking distance and a big thanks to Yolanda for such a good effort and looking after us so well.

Best Holiday Ever

We had the opportunity to stay in this apartment almost two weeks and we had the best vacation time ever. Most of all we were very touched by the hospitality of the owner and her going out of her way to accommodate us.
My wife found it searching the web and she was in love with the place before we arrived. The apartment is located in the best location of Son Caliu. A semi private beach for locals within 10 meters from the Garage door is making it perfect. Shopping, public transportation and public beaches are within walking distance. We had no need to rent a car since we like walking and was very pleasant to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
The Unit has a big balcony 10 meters from the ocean, fully equipped kitchen, very nice bedroom, bath and living room. It is fully furnished. We were there July and August and preferred to have fresh air from sea in place of the Air-condition and we felt very comfortable. We are looking forward in returning there this year.

My wife and I find this apartment the ideal place to stay when visiting Mallorca.
The apartment is well situated in a quiet place only few meters from the Mediteranean and with a beautiful wiev to the sea from the spacious terrace, where we have enjoyed all our meals. It has its own carpark in the basement and at the same time is close to public tranportation and to shopping.
We found the apartment very well cleaned and in a perfect condition, equiped with modern furniture.
For this reason we have been visiting this particular apartment twice and hope for a next time soon.

COMFORTABLE AND GREAT VIEW

The bright terrace (with comfortable furniture) offers a great view to the sea. The apartment has central air-conditioning and heating. The living room has a double bed sofa and LCD Television and nice furniture: Very exquisite decoration, nice colours and good style. The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The Kitchen is full equipped with Bosch equipment, nice tablewar, crockery, outside washing machine. Direct access from the garage with lift. Parkingplace in the garage.
Very nice contact with rental person.

Wir waren Februar/März 2009 in diesem Feriendomizil und können nur positiv darüber berichten.
Angefangen mit der überaus freundlichen Begrüßung durch die reizende Eigentümerin Yolanda über die gepflegte und saubere Wohnung mit dem wunderbaren Balkon zur Seeseite und im Windschatten, was wichtig ist, wenn man dort morgens in der Sonne frühstücken will, was wir jeden Tag gemacht haben!
Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Traumhafte Lage und ein klasse Appartment

Schon im Vorfeld war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Yolanda sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie emfping uns am Appartment und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt und Tips gegeben. Wir sind mit einem Mietwagen zur Wohnung gefahren, diesen konnten wir in der sicheren Garage, die sich unter dem Haus befindet, auf dem eigenem Parkplatz abstellen. Eine Fernbedienung zum Garagentor, machte das ein- und ausfahren zum Vergnügen. Mit dem Fahrstuhl konnten wir dann direkt aus der Garage bis vor die Wohnungstüre fahren.Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war ein Traum. Morgens konnten wir nicht früh genug aufstehen, da die Mogensonne auf dem Balkon schien. Wir haben unsere Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon eingenommen (ansonsten gibt es keinen weiteren Esstisch, war aber bei diesem Wetter nicht nötig) und dabei die tolle Aussicht genossen. Zum Nachmittag (ca. 13 Uhr) liegt der Balkon dann im Schatten. Die Küche ist gut bestückt. Sollte jemand sein essen überwiegend im Appartment kochen wollen, so muss er damit rechnen alle Dinge (auch Gewürze, Spülmittel etc.) einzukaufen. Dieses ist aber kein Problem, da zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe sind. Es befindet sich ein Supermercato in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung. Ansonsten gibt es ca. 1 km von der Wohnung entfernt einen Lidl. Direkt beim Lidl sogar einen deutschen Bäcker. Wer auf das einheimische Brot, die Kuchen oder Brötchen nicht verzichten möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Fußweg nach Palmanova ist ein Auf und Ab. Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg und Sie befinden sich an der Platja de Palmanova. Hier gibt es sehr viele Geschäfte und Restaurants, aber auch 3 tolle große Sandstrände. Eine sehr große Auswahl. Die meistens Geschäftsinhaber sprechen neben Spanisch auch englisch und einige wenige Deutsch.
In die entgegengesetzte Richtung von Palmanova kann man an den Steinküsten entlang"klettern". Hier gibt es zwei kleine Buchten mit Ministränden.Das Wasser ist herrlich türkisfarben und bietet viele interessante Arten. Einer dieser Strände ist sehr steinig.Schuhe sind dafür zu empfehlen.
Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir liebend gerne geblieben wären. Das Appartment, die Lage und die nette Vermieterin machen die Entscheidung leicht, diesen Ort wieder aufzusuchen.Danke Yolanda.
