Perfect stay...again!

This was our 3rd stay in the villa and again it was great. Clean, well maintained, well equipped, very comfortable and ideal location. We took my parents with us this time and they were very impressed with the whole villa. Pool was heated to a lovely temperature, with hindsight not really necessary as temperatures were still in the 90's!! I would and indeed have recommended this perfect villa to all my friends. Hope to return again soon.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this villa and again it surpassed all expectations. It was very clean and welcoming on arrival there has been a few changes since we were last there and they only made it better. The owners were very friendly and helpful prior to our holiday recommending dining locations in particular Mannies steakhouse which we did visit and found to be brilliant great value for money and food was exceptional for the price. The pool was lovely as there was days when the temperature reached 107 degrees and the awning was perfect to keep the pool deck in shade so we could sit there comfortably there is now a BBQ another welcome addition which we made lots of use of. We will definately be using this villa again when we go in a couple of years as the price is very reasonable for the quality that you get, in this villa everything was good quality stuff.

Dream Villa in Quiet Location

Very quiet location and villa offers all possible requirements for your stay, games, books, music, DVDs etc. The villa is extremely clean and inviting and provides plenty of space for large groups. Pool area offers comfortable seating and private outlook. Great for golf fanatics, Reserve offers good quality equipment if you don't want to take your own, charges available on the internet. Continental Airlines did not charge for taking golf equipment. Local supermarket and takeaways just down the road from the reserve, supermarket offers small sizes of most items but would recommend taking dishwasher tablets/washing powder for short stays. Overall would recommend this villa for all ages and family sizes and definitely would not hesitate in going back. Great support from the owners for those not familiar with orlando to help with location and facilities.
Tip: Look for the manual in the wall cabinet in family room for help within the villa. Do not feel shy in looking into the cabinet for help and guidance with local attractions etc.

We have just returned from our 2nd stay in this villa and have booked again for October. We recommend it to our friends and family without hesitation. It is by far the best maintained, cleanest and well equipped villa we have ever stayed in (and we have tried others previously). It is perfect for children of all ages from teenagers to toddlers, and is close to Disney and all restaurant and shopping areas. The owners are a delight to deal with, extremely helpful and very prompt in their responses to any e-mails. The management company in the US are equally courteous and prompt with any queries whilst you are away.
As you can tell we love evertything about it and would never stay anywhere else.

This villa is well-maintained and have more features than what we was expecting. Our kids (7 and 12) enjoy the pool, game room, and the Game Cube. And we especially like the movies selection. The location was accessable to all the attractions, restaurants, and publix was around the corner.
The owner was knowlegable, honest, and accurately answer all of our questions we have before reserving the villa.
We will be returning back on our next vacation and will be refering our families and friends to your villa.

Fantastic Holiday villa

This was a fantastic holiday villa which is ideally located for all theme parks and great for the Golf to keep the men happy. Convenient supermarket and restaurants close by made this holiday home location very easy to enjoy.
The villa layout is very good having 2 lounges which is great if you have different age groups staying together. The owners were very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had very quickly, reliably and honestly.
We wont hesitate to stay here again, it was well worth it!

Perfect family home from home

We chose to stay at this villa for our 2 week holiday in Oct 07 and we were so satisfied that we have booked to go again in '09' for 3 weeks. This is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in the 2 lounges made all the difference as there was 8 of us 5 adults and 3 children (aged 6 2 and 1). The pool was beautiful with the sun on it all day with an electric awning to provide shade when needed.
The villa was exceptionally clean and the owners were a pleasure to deal with they provided all the information we needed and more. The location was spot on, there was a publix within walking distance and a wallmart within 10 mins drive and Applebees restaurant was 5 mins away offering dine in or take out service (perfect when the kids were in bed). The immediate surrounding area is well maintained and really pleasant to drive/walk round. The villa was close enough to disney that getting there first thing in the morning was a breeze the route provided by the owners was direct and easy to follow (we never got lost).
All in all if you are looking for the perfect location for your next family holiday then I would strongly recommend you stay here and you will not be disappointed.
