Reviews of Property: Luxury spacious apartment overlooking Mediterranean Beach.

Having just returned from a perfect holiday in this super apartment, we are more than happy to give it a perfect 10. The property is in a great position, overlooking the sea and close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment was clean, well looked after and the owner gives a splendid customer service, even down to organizing transfers from the airport.
Our children loved it also, the pool was clean, never too busy and gave you lovely views of the sea.
The only thing you need to take with you is a travel plug, the apartment contains everything you will need.
The apartment is situated on quite a steep hill, but the view is more then worth it. Keeps the holiday weight gain down too.
We would definitely recommend this property, the location will suit almost anybody old and young alike. Thanks so much Jean it was perfect.

Lovely apartment with everything you need.Wonderful location,very peaceful during day,but everything on your doorstep for the evening.Views to die for,totally relaxed after our nine days,could have stayed forever.Will definitely be back.

I have just returned home after a really enjoyable stay in this beautiful apartment. It is ideally located and is only a short distance from the beach.The view from the balcony is breath-taking. We visited several of the local watering holes & restaurants during our stay & would highly recommend the Maui beach bar for delicious food & the Irish Rover for nightly entertainment. Looking forward to a return visit & would have no hesitation in recommending this property as a superb location for a holiday

The description is very accurate re the location, layout and amenities. The property is very clean, has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and well-maintained - any problems and help is immediately at hand. Having stayed at the apartment several time, the owner always provides excellent customer service and we would certainly recommend to friends. We always enjoy going back to Mojacar, everybody you meet are friendly, the beach is fab and so spacious, the local water park is always a hit with kids and a choice of bars and restaurants for all ages! If you like a sing along and entertainment, then we certainly recommend the Irish Rover, Kuki's Bar - always very welcoming, the Lua Bar on the beach is alive at night with music and dancing and excellent atmosphere - just to mention a few. If you need to catch a bus, they run up and down the prom and up to Mojacar Village until early hours and for just one euro. As for dislikes, we can't think of any.

The property was clean and well maintained with excelent views and good size clean pool, in a good location.
The appartment had everything stated and more.
The location has the best beach area and beutiful beach bars and good surrounding restaurants and bars.
The owners provided plenty of info and good service from the start.
I would recommend this property to friends and family.
Property suited for families of all ages, although if using a push chair it may be difficult as there is a short steep hill and some steps to the appartment, which we did not find a problem.
Mini Hollywood and Aqua park worth a visit, and favorite bar Don Mojito, favorite restaurant was a Mexican next to the first beach bar.

Stayed in this apartment with my partner and best friend last week and all I can say is that it was amazing. The views are spectacular, the pool (which we had to ourselves most of the time!) was so beautiful and I have to say the apartment was much better than any other I have rented previously in Spain, (Spotlessly clean, spacious and with all the mod cons of home only situated in the sun! It also has a huge balcony that gets the sun for most of the day), so much so that we stayed in a couple of the nights and had dinner and drinks on the balcony. It made it very difficult to leave....BELIEVE ME!!
I would recommend it to family and friends and we have already said we will all be going back without a doubt. The bars are very good with lots of choice (Don Mojitos was a favourite of ours) and there are plenty of restaurants to suit all palates and budgets. I would say it is a place where you make the holiday you want to have as it has sometime for everyone. This will definately be a holiday we wont forget!
