Reviews of Property: Five bedroom luxury villa sleeps 12 superior accommodation

I would just like to say a big thank you to Steve and Helen for giving us the opportunity to stay in your fantastic house, we had the best holiday ever!! I would recommend this house to anyone as it caters for a variety of different peoples needs. We enjoyed many nights in the games room and loved the pool and jacuzzi - the house is very well equipped!!

The location is ideal as the theme parks are only 20 mins away and there are plenty of restaurants close by to the house as well.

We will definitely be returning next year and just hope that the house is free for when we need it, as we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed in all the years that I have been visiting Florida and would recommend it to anyone. It is very spacious, well maintained and very clean! We loved the games room which had air hockey and a pool table, there is also Ipod docking station which was great.

The house is ideal if you are visting the theme parks as they are only about 20 minutes away and there are also nice resturants and other amenities close by. I would recommend Manny's steak house as we had some great nights there and it is only 5 minutes away from the house. There is also a lovely lake on the housing estate which is great for fishing.

We will with out a doubt be staying there again! Steve and Helen were very helpful during the booking process and answered all of our questions efficently. I would like to thank you both for sharing your house with us.

We have been to Florida six times and this lovely villa was one of the best we have stayed in. It was very clean and obviously very well cared for. Any problems we had were quickly ironed out by the management company with speed and courtesy and if you have been to America you will understand that this can be of prime importance.
Helen and Steve have been fantastic, both before and during our stay. They have been informative about the best places to visit etc and have also shown a very caring attitude about the fact that we had a toddler. Nothing was too much trouble, they made sure our toddler was completely catered for.
The secure estate where the villa is situated is perfect for a relaxing time when you come home from the hetic parks.It does feel like home, with lots of personal touches. The pool and outside jaccuzzi are what holidays are all about and the games room was a godsend when the weather was shall we say spectacular. As a family we would not hesitate in recommending this villa and would certainly contact Helen and Steve again for future bookings.Thanks for everything Helen and Steve. Regards Sue and Paul

Having just arrived back from a repeat vacation in your wonderful Florida home, I wanted to share my thoughts & comments while still fresh in my mind.

The booking process was straightforward and Steve's support was welcome. On arrival we found the villa to be immaculate offering a real welcome following a full day of travel.

We were joined by out two grown up children and their partners none of who have previously visited your villa. They were delighted with the size and quality of accommodation. The pool area and games room proved particularly popular, at times we had to "drag" ourselves away from the villa. Your Florida home is well equipped and should satisfy the needs of even the most discerning guest.

Having previously stayed in your villa, we are familiar with its excellent location and proximity to Wal-Mart & Publix plus numerous good restaurants (Southern Dunes, Bob Evans, Cracker barrel etc.) During this visit we discovered Manny's Steak House (Hwy 27 south of
Wal-Mart) Definitely worth a visit - great steaks, good value for money and a lively atmosphere.

This immaculate villa provided the relaxation that is required after a hard day riding rollercoasters and being dragged through the shopping malls. The villa is very spacious and furnished to the highest standards. The games room was very well equipped and maintained.

The swimming pool area is also very well equipped and maintained.

The location of the villa is superb. You could not imagine from the villa that you were only a stones throw from Walmart and some fast food restaurants, or that you were only 20 minutes from all the Universal and Disney theme parks. The Belz and Prime shopping malls were also only 20 to 25 minutes drive away. The villa is very easy to get to with the US27 highway a couple of minutes drive.

Overall the villa provided an excellent base to enjoy the fantastic sites and activities of Florida and the service provided by Steve was First Class. Thank You.

Although we have been to Florida several times we have not stayed in this area before but we were not disappointed. The villa was lovely and spacious and well located very near to a Publix and Walmarts. Very easy to get to all the parks and nice restaurants close by. Everyone really liked Manny's Chop House which is just down the road. A little further into Haines City and we found a Mexican Restaurant Taqueria Jalisco. Whilst the seating was very basic it was certainly value for money with large portions at a very reasonable price - good if you have a large family. However it does close early so arrive early. It was lovely to return to the villa after a day out as it was so comfortable.Sometimes had difficulty getting everyone out in the morning as they would have been happy to stay in every day. The games room was one of the best we have seen as you did not feel you were in the garage as in so many other villas. This room had been decorated so well and felt very comfortable. The youngsters spent a long time in there listening to their music whilst playing pool tournaments.
I would have liked a Guest book in the villa as this tends to be the first thing I read on arrival to get a feel for the area and pick up tips from previous visitors but there were plenty of leaflets to look through. Would highly recommend this villa for groups and families and the owners were very helpful at all times.

Beside the fact that this villa was emmaculately CLEAN. This villa was more than equipped! From the games room to the pool; it made us feel at home away from home. During our stay, we visited all the parks which were located close by, but yet the busy parts of town were just far enough away to relax without the city chaos. A local Publix Grocery and resteraunts were located close by which was really convenient for an extended stay. Our kids ranged from 7-18 and really enjoyed the games room and pool! (I really enjoyed them too!) It was nice to have enough space for everyone. I enjoyed the master bedroom which had a door leading out directly to the pool and jacuzzi. This room also included a large stand up shower and a bubble bath tub with his and hers seperate sinks. There were plenty enough bathrooms throughout the home, so no one was fussing over over who was going to shower first. I loved that! There were plenty of towels and the full size washer and dryer was very nice to have in the home. We didn't have to travel back with any dirty clothes. I also loved the seperate beds for the group of kids I had. Everyone had their own sleeping space. Outside of four twin beds, this home also includes three other large beds that accomodates couples or more as well. I recommend Helen and Steve's home to anyone. I know that my next trip will include a booking with them. I have visited Florida on several occasions, and by far, I have not had a more pleasurable stay. If my dates weren't available, I would have to reconsider them. Thanks for making your home available to us.

PS. There was one other priceless memory that I got to experience at this villa. THE ICE CREAM TRUCK! My kids were astounded by this because we live in the country, and they have only seen this on the movies etc. Other than the parks draining the pocket book and if the ice cream man worked off commission, I would have to say, he had a great week during our stay!
