This place is very unique and special, i have to thank my friend for booking this, what a find! The accommodations were par excellence; the condo is light, roomy and all we needed to have a great time. The decor was smartly done, beds very comfortable, plus a great tv (42" plasma?). Well what ever it was, it was great to see the game on.
The location of the condo was so convenient to everything!, shopping, excellent dining, and minutes from the waterway and beaches. Coming from California, this area is more relaxed and the people much nicer.
Speaking of nice people......the owners of Poshpadz were some of the nicest around. Thanks for the special attention Gary and Kaylyn! We had a small problem with the cable tv and they were able to attend to it promptly. That's the way to run a business!
Will recommend to others and will book again.

We were very pleased with our accommodation, clean and well equipped with comfortable beds! Also found the gym to be the same - sans beds of course! We did feel that the pool could have been a few degrees cooler ( who needs a pool heater in paradise?), as we really like it to be on the cooler side...but it was very nice and in lovely location. We would likely return and wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend your properties to others!

We thank you so much for our days in, as you say `paradise`....Indeed it was paradise!
The luxury rental is absolutely overwhelming,there is nothing missing and the whole atmosphere is very pleasant: nice furnitures, fresh flowers, a basket with fresh fruit and other delicacies.
The whole area is very nice and we found everything we were looking for. Well-groomed area,a nice swimming pool, shopping malls, restaurants and so on.
We are sure to come back in one of our next holidays.

Poshpadz is one of the best groups to work with. What they say is what you receive. We spent two weeks there last year and we felt it was so great that we have already booked ONE MONTH FOR THIS YEAR. Would highly recommend everything ..............

Thanks Gary and Kaylyn! We had a great time! The place was absolutely beautiful. My compliments to the decorator. Condo had everything you could possibly want. The linens were top-quality, as well as the location. Plenty of shops and restaurants that you could walk to. The property was very well-maintained and we loved the 50" plasma. "The condo is located in a 3-storey building on the upper floor in a private & gated community in Palm Beach Gardens (approximately 10 miles from Palm Beach). Clean apartment with superior facilities, only the balcony is not too large (for 2-4 people but very sufficient). The community itself has a well-maintained pool, about 150m from the apartment building, with plenty of sun beds. Descriptions in the online ad are very correct. A main high street ( like in Europe, as we are from Germany) in Palm Beach Gardens is non-existent and is very spread out. Support and service by the English-speaking landlords is flawless. The beach is about 5 miles away. Very good shopping opportunities for the daily needs are in the immediate vicinity, as you can walk to the stores. Also very close by is a great big shopping mall, the shopping was great! Palm Beach Gardens is a very relaxing area and perfect for getting away from it all, but very close to many busy attractions like: Fort Lauderdale and Miami which are in a relatively close and easy to get to on a day trip by car (55 min or 75 min journey time). Whoever stays here will surelybe very relaxed and happy in a well-maintained community and would will love the feeling of this beautiful apartment, we could find no fault and absolutely loved it!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem 2-stöckigen Reihenhaus in der oberen Etage in einer in sich geschlossenen Anlage in Palm Beach Garden (ca. 10 Meilen von Palm Beach entfernt). Die saubere Wohnung verfügt über eine gehobene Ausstattung, lediglich der Balkon ist nicht allzu groß (für 2 Personen aber ausreichend). Die Anlage selbst hat einen gepflegten Pool, ca. 150m von der Wohnung entfernt, mit ausreichend Liegen. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind grösstenteils stimmig. Es handelt sich allerdings um eine Wohnung, die NICHT am Strand liegt. Ein Stadtzentrum von Palm Beach Garden ist nicht existent. Die Betreuung durch die englisch sprechenden Vermieter ist tadellos. Der Strand ist ungefähr 5 Meilen entfernt. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden. In naher Umgebung befindet sich ferner eine tolle grosse Einkaufs-Mall, die zum shoppen einlädt. Ansonsten ist es in Palm Beach Garden sehr ruhig und der Ort bietet u.E. wenig Attraktionen. Wer es nicht allzu ruhig mag und gerne mehr Abwechslung möchte: Fort Lauderdale und Miami sind in relativ überschaubarer Zeit gut per Auto zu erreichen (55 Min. bzw 75 Min. Fahrtzeit). Wer es ruhig mag und sich gern in einer gepflegten Anlage und schönen Wohnung wohlfühlen möchte kann mit dieser Wohnung nichts verkehrt machen.
