A perfect family vacation

it looked good on the internet and it got our attention. When we arrived and settled down in the villa it turned out to be every bit as good as it was described.
The location and views were fantastic, and we would have no problem recommending it to freinds, family or anybody else.. We would return ourselves without question.

New construction with nice material and pretty warm design, bedding very confortable, bed rooms dark and quite, location as a dream of star house including beautiful view of sun set and the old town.
The close airport, used only once a week, is not disturbing the nice feeling and the wonderfull view.
The garden including BBQ and intime lighting is green and with a good privacy.
The swimming pool with overflaoding on the city is one of the main piece of the garden.
The welcome is very kind from the owner with a good service if any problem.
We recommend for couple(s) who are looking for intimate and relaxing time.
The house was clean, the grass greeen which is quite unusual in Greek island. The multiple units of airconditioning are enough powerfull to keep the temperature to confortable level.
The availabily (a must to reach the house) of a car is also part of the service.

We have stayed at Cape Pounta twice and it really is a special place. The villa is spotlessy clean and finished to a very high standard, it has everything you need to have a perfect holiday. The views are breathtaking, and you are about a 5 min drive from all the bars and restaurants. May I note that the owner of the villa Diamantes owns a great tapas bar which we regularly ate at the food is top quality, he is very helpful as is Lisabeth his partner.

I can honestly say that it is worth every penny to stay here we will definetley be returning, its heaven, sipping a glass of wine on the balcony watching skiathos by with everything you need and more around you. Also the coco mat beds are so comfortable, you won't want to get up.

October 2007 we were looking for a beautiful place to accommodate ourselves, twin babies and grandparents and found it here. The very committed and helpful owner even organised a part-time chef to ensure we had an ample supply of delicious food and thus more time to enjoy our much-needed holiday. The Villa was built and is maintained with great care and attention to detail. We loved the fantastic views over Skiathos, the long walk/short drive into Skiathos Village past innumerable olive trees, boat trip around the Island and the crisp, fresh autumn air scented with wild sage. We will definately be back.

Having visited Skiathos for many years we discovered this amazing villa three years ago and since then have made several return visits. The setting is absolutely perfect and it's just a short drive from the airport. The views from the villa are stunning and compared to some drives we have made up to properties with views we have visited on the island it's an easy drive up. The villa is finished to a very high standard, no detail has been spared and it is spotless. The quality of the bedlinen, beach towels, bath towels, robes etc. is what you would expect to find in a 5 star resort (and we have visited many) and once you have slept in a a coco-mat bed you will be spoilt for anything else. The grounds and pool areas are spotless and everything you need for a perfect holiday has been thought of. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in or the BBQ area provides a perfect outside setting. This villa with it's private pool has to be one of the best on the island and the surrounding areas include ancient olive trees and well kept gardens. Diamantis your host will ensure that you have everything you need - always with a smile and easy charm - nothing is too much trouble and he will do his best to organise whatever you want - be it a boat trip around the island or a table at a restaurant. Skiathos has lots of good restaurants - Diamantis also owns the Tapas Bar which is well worth a visit. We hope that we will continue to visit this perfect spot for many years to come - it is the perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy the beautiful island of Skiathos.
