Best stay in Benidorm

Having stayed in Benidorm on many occasions this was by far the best property and best location yet.
Closeness to the promenade and the Old Town especially during the Fiestas was awesome.
The apartment was spotless and very roomy with every facility you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday.
Ian and Pilar were the perfect hosts they met us on our arrival and gave us a guided tour of the facilities in the apartment and made themselves available for any possible problems during our stay ( of course there weren't any ) we were also given a fond farewell at the end of our stay.
Would reccomend a close look round the Old Town, Tapas Alley, Local restaurants, Shops, Bars, Cafes and the Harbour area, and still only a short walk to the nightlife of Benidorm.
I can honestly say that I would reccomend this apartment to anyone as the perfect base for your holiday in Benidorm with the perfect hosts.

FAB APARTMENT FOR ALL

What a FAB apartment so handy for everything. The atmosphere on the street below is great. We have been in many apartments in Benidorm but this beats them all. A minute to the beautiful beach and sea. Ian and Pilar are very kind and helpful they even bought us a teapot. The bowl of fruit was a lovely touch. We were 5 adults and we had plenty of room (nice to have two toilets) and very comfy beds. It would be nice though to have Sky TV even if the price was up a bit

This is the second year running we have stayed in the fantastic apartment- this time was even better! The apartment is situated 30 seconds walk away from the gorgeous sandy beach, within walking distance of all the local shops you could possibly require- For the attractions that are a little further away the apartment is 2 mintues walk away from a bus stop where we easily got cheap transport to Aqualandia (Water park), Terra-Natura with elephants lions & tigers & Terra-mitica Theme Park of the ancient civilisations of the Mediterranean.
This spacious apartment-which easily accomodated our 5 girl party-was even better this year- it now has UK television channels and a fantastic Air Conditioning System- which we really appreciated in the August heat! The kitchen is fully equiped if you choose to stay in an cook for yourselves. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and obviously well maintained by Ian & Pilar- who are possib;y two of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet!
10/10! FANTASTIC!!

We have just returned from our second fabulous holiday in this delightful apartment. We ( my son, grandchildren Jay age 9, Madison age 7 and Paige age 5) just would not consider staying anywhere else. The apartment is so convenient for absolutely everything, beach, cafes, shopping, markets play parks and funfairs for the children etc. The apartment itself is immaculately clean, very comfortable and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our hosts are the most charming and helpful people you could wish to meet. We will definitely be going back again. Grandma Moira

what can i say as someone who has holidayed and lived in benidorm this had something to live up to,and did it?not half.Ian and pilar were the most genuine and warm people you could wish to meet nothing is to much trouble as for the apartment well it it felt like a home more than an apartment from walking through the door if this place needs more i would be being picky.At the foot of the old town and a nice strole to the centre this place has it all.Would we go back yes but only because we cant stay forever and thats not just my opinion but the wife my son and his fieind aswell (2 teenage boys) th sooner we can save the money or win the lottery the better again thanks for everthing ian and pilar

As a family we have rented in excess of 20 properties over the past 10 years as independant travellers and this was by far the cleanest apartment visited. And then to find after a long day travelling some drinks and a big bowl of cherries in the fridge almost brought a tear to my wife's eye. The simple things always make the difference.
The apartment living space is quite small for a 3 bedroom apartment but that is well described in the advertisment so is not a criticism and reflected in the cost of the rental. Not much room is required when the great Levante beach is around a 20 second stroll out of the building.
The renovation of the apartment has brought it to a great standard of fixtures and fittings. The ability to fully open up the balcony is great to let the sea breeze in. Although the air-conditioning works a treat! If anything I would encourage a little more spending to push the apartment up into the luxury bracket and charge a little more (sky tv, plasma tv, games consoles etc). Maybe also encourage games / book / magazine swapping, optional welcome hamper etc.
The apartment is set above a bustling avenue meaning a constant great atmosphere amongst the cafes and restaurants. Not too noisy as both my young children went off to sleep with ease. Must mention here that we all said how comfy the beds were and that makes life easy!
A large supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away to get all the provisions you need at a surprisingly good price.
Any very minor issues were sorted out very quickly and the owners couldn't have been more helpful, this is for the duration of our stay and the many questions I asked before we arrvied.
Plenty of cupboard space and has the facilities of a home rather than a rental apartment. E.g. plenty of cups/glasses/cutlery/pots & pans.
Without a doubt we will be returning and I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, many thanks.

Best Apartment in Benidorm

Stayed at this apartment in October last year and re booked for end of March 2009. Ian and Pilar are fab hosts and so friendly and helpful.
The weather was fabulous, wandered down to the beach each day which is only a stones throw away. Evenings were spent in the old town, dont miss tapa's alley where you can spend the evening sampling the wonderful tapas and wine. The apartment is so central must be the best location in Benidorm. If the beach is too busy just take a stroll along the Poniente beach which is always quieter. There is a good Greek restaurant about half way along just after cafe Yugo where they do a very reasonably priced lunch time menu. Oh and for ladies remember there are some very good shops in Benidorm, dont miss the Zara outlet store which is almost opposite the Mercadona supermarket. Also if you walk straight up past Mercadona and turn right (you cannot miss it as it is a dead end) there is another outlet store in the corner which is really cheap, cannot remember the name though but they had some fab bargains. Will definately be going back there, and thank you to Ian and Pilar for being such lovely helpful hosts.

this apartment was fantastic six sisters went for my younger sisters 50th birthday. had hard job finding entrance at first but once found it was great they had the festival of light procession whilst we were there with fireworks ect- the girls looked so beautiful in their character
dress wear and flowers. would not hesitate returning to this property. we were there from march 16th for one week

beutifully clean and pretty apartment ,only a stonesthrow from the beach.nearer the old town,but only a short walk to the main square if your only young.pilar and ian can,t do enough for you,they weren,t there when we arrived but they phoned from england before we left the u.k and also when we arrived at the apartment they made sure there was fruit and water there for when we arrived ,also there was some handy items in the kitchen cupboard to make a welcomed cup of english tea.we travel to spain a lot to sightsee and it is an ideal base for that purpose,whilst still having the beach close by.you don,t need anthing as everything you need is in the apartment.
