We stayed at this property for a week and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. It was very well furnished, clean and the decor was modern and comfortable. The location is ideal, only a short walk from a very pretty village and the mountain views from the apartment are superb. Nick and Bronwyn, the owners, were very prompt replying to our emails which was a great help. We would certainly recommend a stay here and we would like to return one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days in Rauris - all exactly as described in advert, and both the owners and local management company extremely helpful. Apartment is only a few minutes walk for the main gondola and at the time of our visit, there were absolutely no lift queues and pistes were very quiet. The drive from the airport is straight forward and takes just over an hour. Rauris is only half an hour away from a number of other resorts, such as Zell am See, so there is plenty to do within easy reach. We would highly recommend this apartment to others and look forward to returning ourselves as soon as possible.

We are just back from a three night stay in this apartment in Rauris. It was exactly as described and as we had hoped. The apartment was immaculately clean, in very good condition and very well equipped. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we all slept very well, probably helped by the fresh air and exercise we had enjoyed all day. Two of us were there for the skiing which was very convenient and we were able to get ski hire and passes easily. Plenty of intermediate skiing right on the doorstep. If my teenage boys had been there, and we had been there for a week, we would probably have driven to one of the bigger resorts after a couple of days but that would have been easy and lots of people seemed to be doing that.We hired a car and the girls who were not skiing had lovely day trips away to Zell am Zee and Salzburg. Wellness centre lovely and the perfect end to a tiring day on the slopes. Went out to eat in Rauris two nights and had lovely meals, can't remember names of restaurants but one of them was the very first place you come to when you walk out of the apartment- about 50 metres away. Rauris very quiet at night and seemed to close about about 10.30. No shops open after 7pm. Maybe more night life could have been found but we were not looking for it! Fantastic break for us and very much hope to be back, maybe in the summer for the mountain biking and white water rafting? Good communication from owners and from Gaby who lives nearby. A really super holiday!

Had a lovely time staying in this fabulous apartment, facilites of excellent quality and very well equipped. Very comfortable beds & sofa and lovely and warm underfloor heating. Excellent customer service from the owner, nothing too much trouble. Stunning views from all windows and endless hot alpine spring water to shower in - bliss!
