Reviews of Property: BRAND NEW LUXURY rental Vacation Villa in Florida with large heated pool & spa.

Villa is clean, plenty of amenties, facilities (pool stuff, BBQ, bathrooms, fridge with icemaker), perfect location (adjacent to Wallmart, lot of restaurants, things to do and major highways).
Beautifull resort and facilities (gated community, fitnesscenter, internetfacilities, communitypool).Customerservice is ok (paperwork, directions to villa, information at the villa, agent of Hayes vacation rentals). I would recommend this property to friends. The only disadvantage is that you're in the landing path of Kissimmee airport but it isn't annoying.

This place is somewhere i will never forget think of a hotel think of 5 star this is the place, I have been to Kissimmee many many times never before have i stayed in a place so luxurious so accommodating so tastefully done as this, this place and the resort is second to none and i will definitely be staying there again on my next visit that’s for sure. What a fantastic house all the bedrooms you could ask for, lots of bathrooms no arguing, fantastic living room, Psp 3, Plasma on the wall, leather sofas beautifully decorated no expense spared and attention to detail personified .it has a brilliant games room and as if that isn’t enough it has a lovely pool area totally secluded and overlooking the woodlands.
The house is alarmed and the gated community offers extra security.
the house and complex is the one of the newest if not the newest complex in Kissimmee and ideally situated of the 192 just next to Wall mart what a location so centrally located for themes parks, shopping and eating out.
The only thing that i found bad about this place is the fact i didn’t spend longer here
Ps enjoyed the house so much didn’t even have enough time to visit the Clubhouse until the last day and that had everything you could wish for.

Very well decorated house at Bellavida Resort. The location of Bellavida is very good. We recommend this property to everybody. I really had a wonderful time with my family there. The house is new and clean. We hope to stay there more times.

this villa is superb! its very tastefully decorated and kept clean and well maintained .We have stayed in many villas in orlando and this is by far on of the best if you are looking for a good location then you will find this one hard to match its close to supermarkets and restaurants , try the olive garden if you go the food is good.We would recommend this villa to all and certainly would use it again

We stayed at Florivilla in the Bellavida community in August. The house was immaculately clean and the furnishing tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The Master Suite was divine!
My children loved the playstation 3 and the games room. Florivilla has the latest of home entertainment and appliances and the pool is fabulous.

This home is perfect in every aspect. Its clean and spacious. I brought my family of ten there on may 27th till june 3rd 2008, it was the best vacation ever. I couldn't ask for another home. Everything was in place and where u needed. Very organized. I have a two year old and she was very comfortable, there was a playpen, and a highchair. We had so much fun in that pool it was a time to remember, the grill made it even more memorable. We had a nice cookout. The price is above resonable .i felt safe at home while we slept. I would definitely rate it "excellent" and i will be returning.
